'Eigene Bungalow am Hang im Dschungel oberhalb des Meeres. Loggia mit Hängematte. Moskitonetz in jedem Zimmer. Der Strand ist steinig, aber sehr schön. Auf der Insel ist fast nichts los, so hat man seine Ruhe (wobei wir überall in Thailand natürlich auch viele Deutsche anzutreffen sind...).
Die umliegenden Restaurants sind sehr gut und günstig, das Hotelrestaurant ist eher teuer.
Man muss sich auf Insekten im Zimmer einstellen, weil man direkt in der Natur ist.
Kein Warmwasser in Zimmern...

Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that but if you want peace and quiet away from the crowds this is the place. Lovely beach practically private to walk...

"Great accomodation, stunning (wooden) rooms. Walking distance to Tonsai beach, but good food and drinks and booking of trips also available in or near the resort. "
"A perfect location – right in the heart of all the buzz and liveliness. The hotel is quite large and very much geared towards children and families, which we didn’t realize beforehand.
That said, everything else was excellent: the hotel was spotless, the pools were beautiful, and the food was great. The reception staff could improve their English a bit, but overall the service was fine. Personally, we prefer smaller and more authentic and local accommodations, but objectively, this is a well-run hotel that has everything well organized."

"De locatie is goed, je stapt het hotel buiten en je staat in het centrum, en op het strand. Super vriendelijk personeel. Ook al lig je in het centrum het partycentrum ligt aan de anderekant waardoor je geen tot weinig last heb van de feestgangers snachts"
"The family room was superb, very big and clean. The beds were very good. The location is unfortunately not at the beach, as the name would suggest, but it’s only a 2 minute walk until you’re at the beach. There is lots of restaurants on the main road or at the beach, and the restaurant at the resort itself is also very good, if not a bit pricier than standard restaurants. The pool is on the smaller side but due the rather bad weather, we were usually the only ones in so we didn’t find it a bother! The staff arranged a rental car and a trip for us without issue, so I wouldn’t think twice about using their services for this! "

Achter het resort was een klein dorp met winkels waar je ook kon eten en masseren. Het resort heeft veel tropische eigenschappen (natuurlijk het is op een eiland. Voor de mensen die geen insectenliefhebber zijn opgelet. Het kan zijn dat je verschillen insecten zal zien in de omgeving of op de kamer. Voor ons geen hinder omdat we er niet bang voor zijn.
