'Realize it’s off season but pretty much no front desk clerk. Had to wait for checkin but was about 45 minutes early. We left after 7AM and saw no one. No coffee even though huge pot still on from previous day. When we did see front desk clerk he was friendly and courteous. It was a good deal for price paid. '

The staff was friendly. The location of the condos couldn't be better. They are very close to the River Run Gondola and, basically, right in the heart of the village. '

'The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay.'

'Overall it was a pretty nice place to stay. Close to the downtown area of Keystone which is great for if your skiing/snowboarding or mountain biking. We went in the off season and had the area to ourselves mostly which was great to let our littles run around. Everything we needed as well. A little dusty- could do with a good air vent cleaning but overall really nice. '

'We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again.

'Complex is a bit run down there was a pile of tile and a 5 gallon bucket of paint when you walked in the door it was very noisy as people were talking loud in the hallway it was not a skiing and ski out the lift was about a quarter mile away it was clean the check-in was pretty easy as well'
