'Our plane was canceled because of weather and we missed our flight. I called the hotel eight hours before and said we are stuck in Chicago. Can I please cancel my hotel reservation. The staff person was snarky, rude and told me that I was going to be charged 100% even though there was no way for me to get to Sacramento as I was stuck in Chicago. I travel a fair amount and so does my family. I was appalled by how this was handled. hard pass on this Hotel.'

'The room was not clean. The first room we got smelled like so much cigarette smoke. The second room smelled less of cigarettes but still very prevalent. All of our clothes and hair smells like cigarette smoke now and none of us smoke. I had two young children with me and I was not happy about this. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned between guests. We found cockroaches in the room unfortunately after we had brought in our belongings. I will never stay here again. '

'Parking at night a weird guy showed up out of nowhere and tried to talk to us twice. Also i was charged twice.Also so many cockroaches. Toliet didnt work lady at counter was rude when i checked in she kept asking for my card and i said the rooms paid for and now i am charged twice this place is worse than some tweeker hotel'

'Liked that there was a kitchenette, matras was good and bathroom was nice but could have been cleaner.....fridge leaked water, when in need of new towels you have to bring it to the front desk and ask for new...???? We had one night so bad we couldn't sleep, neighbors definitely used something and kept screaming and bangin on the walls and floors, fighting his girl,called the front desk 3 times! Final call we said if they dont do it than we would call the cops ourselves. Finally at 7am those...
