Activities include beach volleyball - set up on request, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for exploring the calms waters, swim spots and snorkeling just steps away (walk north to find deep sandy bottomed swimming spots) plus fishing and snorkeling at the reef which is approximately 500 yards off our beach. Don’t miss the amazing stargazing at night and breathtaking sunrises. Our villa is seamless off-grid living and is designed to operate sustainably without sacrificing comfort. The villa has a solar powered energy system with backup generator, filtered rainwater system with 10,000 gallon cistern (plus bottled drinking water provided), Wi-Fi via Starlink for reliable internet and Wi-Fi calling. Please note there is no A/C as the home was custom built for natural ventilation, with breezy crosswinds and fans in every room. No television so bring a laptop for streaming or enjoy unplugged evenings by the sea. Your stay is supported by our discreet, full time caretaker, who lives on-site in a private residence with his wife. He provides daily beach raking and clean-up (note that during sargassum season, it can be difficult to clear the beach completely depending on currents and wind), daily trash removal, fresh towel/linen service upon request and grill prep and sourcing local seafood (charcoal briquettes provided). Optional laundry service is available on Saturday and must be arranged with caretaker for an extra fee. Optional meal services available for evening dinners and on weekends for an extra fee.
