'After traveling for over 24 hours I was happy to arrive at BED Phrasing. Very friendly and efficient welcome. I received the quiet room that I asked for. Room was perfect: super clean, spacious, big comfortable bed and great bathroom. Everything you wish for. The price is a bit higher than other hotels in this segment of the market, but I believe it's worth it. Breakfast set up was great. Plenty of helpful staff, good Asian and Western options. Great fried rice, chicken wings and prik nam pla on...

'This might be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were execeptional and the small touches such as packing us sandwiches for when we left, free minibar, cosmetics from L'Occitaine, fluffy slippers, fresh flowers everywhere every day just made it so special. There is a free afternoon tea every day which is magical and breakfast is amazing. I cannot praise this place enough. '

'Friendly hotel in the center of the town. Staff is great and they offer you all kind of nice food. '

'Friendly and accommodating host. Nice and clean. Pool not that big, but it does the job. Had a great stay and would be happy to return.'

'This is our second time stay in BED, the great room, great staff, great breakfast! We will choose again next time!'

'Always a great experience staying at this hotel. Aside of the amazing tea bar they have downstairs, the rooms are small but pleasant and location is great. Close to airport and walking distance to everything to see in old city.'

'I love the experience of staying in the old style hotel combination of colonial and Lana culture. It’s well maintained and in great location where I familiar with. One minor thing was there was out of towel when I went to Sana after GYM. I did tell the front desk but I just lost my interest and skipped it. Overall great hotel and I would recommend it'

'Amazing little boutique hotel in the heart of old Chianh Mai. Steep stairs (if you have mobility issues) and random street noise (if you are a light sleeper) but its an authentic old fashioned building. Unbelievable breakfast and lovely staff!'

'The staff on reception which is manned 24/7 are really lovely. Helpful, friendly and do a great job looking after the guests. There was maintenance going on in the hotel but was respectectful of times. The garden area was out of use as being renovated but again respectful of times. The rooms are lovely, I had a king size bed in a spacious room which led out to the pool area. Pool is open from 7am-10pm. Nice touch was the products left by sink all wrapped, comb, toothbrush cotton buds, shower...

'The hotel was nice and so were the staff. The free breakfast was very nice, the only negative is that the room had ants at one point.'

'Reception lady is very kind , the common area of hostel is spacious, both the shower and restrooms are clean, what’s more , the location is central and safe ! High recommend this hostel !'

'Amazing place, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and spacious room. '

'Super leuk hotel. Vrij nieuw. Dicht bij de hoofdweg en een avond markt die er op zaterdag was. Dicht bij de luchthaven (+/- 15 min) en het bus/treinstation is 20 min rijden. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

'very nice hotel, well managed, clean, good comfort, professionel staff, very good breakfast and restaurant.'
