Location: It's not very accessible so you need to hire a driver or rent a car. But the inaccessibility is part of the charm. The Oliphant is in a restored colonial bungalow that's over a 150 years old, and in the middle of the Oliphant tea estate.

'It is my second stay at Galavilla. I love this place so much. I was happy that the hotel is well developt. I feel as a home. The morning view form the room is realy breathtaking. The hotel is open around 5 years but still everythings is as new.I never see it in another hotels in Sri Lanka. I can recomend everyone who like nature and relax.'
