Good shower and comfortable bed. Shower water drain was an issue so the bathroom floor floods unless you use half the shower head pressure. Underground parking is literally a construction site.

I did not have a kitchenette to cook my meals, therefore I had to eat out constantly during my trip or go out and buy microwavable snacks. The television didn't work in the room. The hotel is new and there is alot of restaurants in al bida so you arent limited to the hotel, the pool is on the roof though not in front of the beach, that pool on the beach is exclusive to a private gym member's not for hotel guest.'

'Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. I would like to thank everyone, especially the lady at reception for allowing us to check in early and upgrading our room. She is a very kind and helpfu lady. Thanks to the Nepali and Indian staffs at the hotel who were amazingly friendly and hospitable to us. The hotel is very clean and the location is great too. The free breakfast buffet was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future whenever I visit Kuwait.'
