The view was fantastic! Wifi was terrible. Restaurant was average to below average. They were not ready for my arrival both days I stayed. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. They did give me a discounted day rate to accommodate my late flight.

Hotel med fint läge, vacker utsikt över havet. Bra standard men spartanskt inrett, de skulle vinna på lite mer ombonad design. Personalen är mycket serviceminded men lite trist att behöva påminna om frotté, vatten efter städningen. Frukosten var bra. Bra läge att utgå ifrån om du vill utforska södra delen av ön

Had a great stay at this hotel (5 nights) and it deserves a higher rating. I read some of the older bad reviews and they were not applicable at all. Staff were very helpful, price was reasonable, amazing view, no problems at all with the room. Pool and restaurant were nice as well.

Good hotel, good restaurant, great staff
Summary: great place to stay a week, comfortable bed, excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. We travel a lot and this a great place to stay with an unusually good restaurant. Airport: the hotel organised us an upmarket taxi to take to the hotel for €40. Checking In: informal and friendly with a drink. We arrived at 09:00 and in our room by 09:30. Room: we booked a deluxe room with sea view. The vista was slightly blocked by the roof of the restaurant but had a large veranda with seating for four and a coffee table. Inside there was a super king size bed, fridge, coffee making facilities, plug sockets (UK) with USB charging points (x4). The wardrobe was fine but bring your own hangers. The bathroom was roomy with 2 sinks, huge shower with powerful shower and ample hot water, and nice toiletries. Room service was daily. The aircon was enough for even the hottest day. Restaurant: This good restaurant is outdoors but undercover. The food is mainly Indian, Creole and international (mainly Italian) with a large number of options. We tried a fair part of the menu and all was excellent. Breakfast was a range of cooked options, fruit juice, toast and coffee/tea. Swimming pool: clean with a range of loungers and chairs/tables. Staff: top team of happy, friendly and helpful people. The management were in evidence everyday which ensured that high standards were maintained.

WOW what can I say Divya your service was amazing!from when me and my husband had arrived to when we left you made us feel so welcomed. Your hospitality service was greatly appreciated! Struttura molto semplice per breve fuga dal freddo di passaggio nell'arcipelag Questo albergo non deve essere particolarmente costoso ( non pagando piu' di 100 euro al giorno) puo' essere una soluzione di passaggio. Non e' la sisteazione per un indimenticabile viaggio di nozze. La si puo' considerare un motel. Piccolo hotel, in fase di ristrutturazione durante il mio soggiorno, vista mare dal ristorante, intravista dai bungalow o dalle stanze del corpo centrali che davvero non vi consoglio: soffocanti...vi ho passato una notte non vista sui lavori in corso ( dopo aver chiesto la vista pubblicizzata sui siti..)soffocante per il caldo ed anche in relazione a plexiglass o vetro sul balcone che fornisce vista, ma non consente di godere di un poco di brezza serale. Il Bungalow e' piu' fresco e spazioso ( ce ne sono 6), spartano tuttavia, niente addobbi floreali ne asciugamani predisposti per un'atmosfera esotica. La vista mare viene pagata al prezzo di una ripida salita per raggiungere l'albergo, che risulta pericolosa senza auto . Peraltro l'auto risulta indispensabile considerando i prezzi di taxi di Mahe' . Avendo tempo l'isola puo' comunque essere scoperta in autobus. Con pochi giorni, consiglio vivamente l'auto e una struttura a nord dell'isola.Bella certo la baia di Anse Royale ma alle spalle la rumorosissima e trafficata autostrada ( o cosi' viene chiamata.. la strada piu' veloce per percorrere l'isola da nord a sud). Bella dicevo per un bagno equalche foto .

La Plus belle plage c’est ici!
Charmant hôtel au bord de mer sur une’ petite colline qui surplombe la magnifique Anse royale qui est pour moi la plus de l’île. Hôtel tenu par des indiens extrêmement serviables et très gentils.chambre spacieuse confortable et bien décoré, bouilloire frigo à disposition. La jeune fille de la réception parle très bien français et a été d une gentillesse remarquable pendant notre séjour, les plats indiens du restaurant sont très bons et feront voyager vos papilles. Une voiture est pour moi nécessaire pour visiter Mahé Cette plage devant l’hôtel est calme ,pas de vent, pas de courant on a pied loin été idéal snorkeling.

Perfect location
The location is perfect - wonderful views over the calm, shallow lagoon which is ideal for swimming and snorkelling - yes, there is coral reef. Close enough to airport and also close to a bus route for exploring the island, though renting a car can also be good. This isn't a 5-star hotel, which is, of course, reflected in the reasonable prices, but we had a wonderful holiday there. Expect a bit of local colour, and not a wide breakfast choice, for example, but rooms were clean and had all the main facilities. We had one free upgrade because of renovation work to the standard rooms. I would recommend asking for the newly renovated rooms in the main house (due to be finished end February). If you are in the chalets remember to be quiet as soundproofing is minimal. Wifi was a nuisance - needed new codes every day and not entirely reliable. The deputy manager, Deviey (? not sure how she spells it) was most charming and helpful. If you like Indian food this is the place for you as it is run by Indians and specialises in that. The gardens are pretty and wonderful for star-gazing.

Hotel undergoing renovation which we were NOT told about i.e the lovely white house in the picture was totally gutted and being renovated. Wifi very difficult to access required help from staff. Dinner took over one and half hours to arrive after we had ordered our food and the starter came after main course. They did not charge us for the starter the food was good when it eventually arrived but lack of information from person in charge of the restaurant and hopeless customer care, no apology. spoilt our last night of the holiday. we were too tired and hungry to enjoy the meal.The renovated room we were in had the wardrobe in the bathroom ! in a humid climate. the toilet flush stuck and water kept running. There were a few insects in the room and I asked if it could be sprayed but there was a lack of response to this request. There were lots of small insects on all of the stairs up to the room.

I booked a room for two adults and one child. When I got there they said the rollaway beds We’re unavailable. I kept asking them where the child was then expected to sleep at which they just kept saying sorry. After two complaints and later in the evening they were finally able tonsecure a crib which ended up being small for a four year old. Also, I found a cockroach in my curry at the restaurant. They didn’t charge me for it but still not what you want to find in your food.

Incheckningen tog väldigt lång tid och vi fick vänta. Det hade underlättat om texten på bokningen hade varit på engelska. Jag försökte översätta ord för ord, men det var meningslöst. Tyvärr hade bokningarna gjorts med 20 dagars mellanrum och villkoren skilde för betalningarna. Det verkade som om vi måste betala ytterligare en gång för den sista natten, som redan var betald men tyvärr i svensk valuta. Något annat alternativ fanns inte då. Dessutom skulle det bli ett standardrum. Trist diskussion när man är trött efter en lång flygresa. Elinstallationen i badrummet var felaktigt utförd. Varken badrumsskåpets lampor eller lysröret ovanför fungerade. Vatten rann ut på golvet från någon läcka vid badkaret. Risken är då stor att man halkar på golvet särskilt på kvällen, när det är svårt att se om det är vått. Bra indisk kock men de övriga rätterna var av sämre kvalitet. Annan kock troligen!

Small tropical island B&B hotel in a small town on the beach. Hotel is 50 yds. up a street from beach and half km. from small town. Room was comfortable w/ good a/c and adequate bathroom. not luxurious, and small balcony. Bearkfast was good w/ eggs&bacon, fruit juice & fruit and coffee/tea. Restaurant by poolside was B+ for dinner. Town Anse Royal has 2 restaurants that were good, a small gas station like 7/11 and a bank atm. Best to rent a car to see the island.

très déçu à part la vue
manque de professionnalisme à l accueil mal organiser avec les papiers... et voulait nous faire payer le petit dej alors que c était inclus avec la chambre et dialogue incompréhensible pour des personnes qui travail dans le tourisme ne parlant pas un mot français alors que c est la 3ème langue parlé sur l ile hotel à déconseillé !!!

Nice hotel for a one night stay. needs better signage at road level to inform drivers where it is. difficult to find, especially in the dark. room was comfortable with a nice view. front desk service was really helpful with any needs including letting us stow bags after checkout and providing a room to shower before going to the airport. tasty breakfast bar included in our stay. located just above an excellent snorkeling beach but with a strong current. be aware. also, if you intend to walk to the beach, it is a long hot climb back of the hill to the hotel. would recommend.

Nous avons été décus par la piètre qualité des équipements. L'hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour le standing proposé. Pas d'accès direct à la mer, c'est loin et il faut traverser la route. La vue est magnifique par contre.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix
L'hôtel est très agréable avec une vue absolument magnifique !! Nous avions pris une chambre deluxe avec vue sur mer (que je recommande absolument), spacieuse et propre, une très belle chambre. La restauration n'est pas variée mais bonne. La possibilité d'aller sur les îles de Praslin et de La Digue (dans les autres hôtels Relax) était pour nous un avantage considérable. Nous avons pu passer plusieurs jours sur ces deux îles et les hôtels Relax y sont également bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment serviable et gentil. Ils sont "aux petits soins". La location de voiture est (pour nous) indispensable pour découvrir Mahé. Mais à proximité de l'hôtel (à pied) il y a toutes les commodités (supermarket, pharmacie, poste, plage, restaurants...). Bref, je conseille cet hôtel et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner !

Das Le Relax ist ein schön angelegtes Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant. Zunächst mussten wir dann aber in ein zweites Zimmer gehen, da im ersten sehr lauter Baulärm zu hören war, aufgrund kleinerer Umbaumaßnahmen im Hotel. Der Zimmerwechsel war ohne Probleme machbar. Das Hotelpersonal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An einem Abend im Hotelrestaurant ging so ziemlich alles schief. Zwei Sorten Bier waren ausverkauft, der bestellte Weisswein nicht gekühlt. Die Essen kamen nicht zusammen, sondern zunächst nur 2 von 4. Als die beiden ersten aufgegessen hatten, kamen Nr. 3 u. 4! Leider nicht mit den bestellten Beilagen. Als dann endlich die richtigen Beilagen kamen, war das Hauptgericht kalt. Außerdem entsprachen die Zutaten im Salat nicht den Angaben auf der Karte. Dies wurde am nächsten Tag mit dem Hotelmanager besprochen und wir konnten als Wiedergutmachung am nächsten Abend alles auf Hotelrechnung essen, was wir wollten. Fairerweise muss man auch sagen, dass das Essen sehr gut und lecker war.

Nice hotel to stay one or two nights. Rooms are small but clean and well maintain . Food for Indians it is very good and authentic.

上から海を眺められるホテル
少し高い所にあるので海の景色がとても綺麗です。 客室は広目で良いのですが虫が何匹かいました。蜂もいたのでスタッフに追い払ってもらいました。 あと、シャワーと洗面台のお湯は出すと初め黄色だったので暫くの間流す必要がありました。快適な温度にならず熱いお湯しかでなかったのでシャワーは辛かったです。

Ruin of our last holiday days on the Seychelles
We spent our last two nights at Le Relax. During our holiday at the Seychelles we met kind and nice landlords and guest houses - unfortunately not at Le Relax. We had booked through a platform, and the hotel asked for an additional payment at the desk. We wanted to move out from the beginning, but the hotel did not allow us to. In fact it is not about the payment, but they style in which they spoke to clients that was scary to us. The management of the hotel seems to be interested only in cash. A lack in client-orientation and style. Next time we will not return.

La grande chambre était située devant le parking de l'hôtel ou une pancarte mettant l'alerte contre les vols L'hôtel est situé sur une colline avec une Jolie vue. Belle plage Les fenêtres n'étaient pas jointives et des centaines de moucherons jonchaient le lit et le sol. Le lit ne comportait pas d'alese (protection du matelas) mais un drap-housse trop petit et taché. Le drap du dessus était trop court. Entre le matelas synthétique et la tête de lit, plein de poussière. Le ménage était mal fait. Quand je suis descendue prendre mon petit déjeuner, il a fallu 20 minutes pour prendre ma commande et je n'ai pas eu le temps de le manger car le taxi est arrivé Le personnel était trop occupé pour m'aider à porter ma valise dans le taxi. Nous l'avons portée à deux avec une dame de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, une vue superbe !
Agréable séjour. Le personnel est très serviable. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de découvrir La Digue et Praslin avec des échanges de nuitées dans les Relax Hôtels sur ces îles. Un conseil : avant de faire appel aux taxis (assez chers) emprunter les bus locaux pour l'équivalent de 40 centimes d'euros le trajet!!! bravo aussi au chef qui nous a servi de bons plats.

Hi found staff very friendly
They let there self down by not doing the obvious thing, Say checking room and ameanates are working properly before a guest checks in, This instant TV wasn't working , Found problem with shower though useing the bath curtain the floor flooded. Tried to find the switch for the bathroom shaving mirror unit was tucked away behind a jammed door on the unit. Most of the time there was no hot water.

ル リラックスの名前通り、心からリラックスできるホテルでした。 まず、チェックイン時にウェルカムドリンクを頂き、部屋に案内して頂きました。 ビーチリゾートらしいインテリアで、いい意味で高級すぎず温もりのある部屋に旅の疲れが癒されます。 窓からはアンスリワイアルビーチ!!! 私も友人も英語が得意ではありませんでしたが、丁寧に説明して頂きました。 このホテルはなんといっても、接客が素晴らしい! ホテルとは別に申込んだオプショナルツアーの迎えが来ず、 訛りが強い英語を話すツアー会社との意志疎通もできず、困り果てていると 何度もスタッフが声を掛けてくれ、代わりに電話までして頂きました。 そのうえ、私達が待ってるから朝ごはんをゆっくり食べておいで、リラックスリラックス、と言っていただき スタッフのみなさんの優しさに感動しました。 本当に素敵なホテルです。
