'Quaint little house with cottage feel. We are former residents of Mahomet who come back to visit family and friends in the area. We will be back.'

'This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value.'

'Lots of nice amenities: AC, fridge, grill, firepit, porch and porch chairs, shower. Located next to the state park where the stars are visible and the lake has nice docks and trails to explore. I do recommend taking the suggestion to bring water as the tap is metallic in taste. pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but the lofted bed was very nice. still beats sleeping on the ground camping! would recommend. Host was very friendly and answered any questions. She also offered to mail back...

'We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too!'

'Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. '

'We were using this weekend away to relax with extended family and really enjoyed our stay. All of the furniture was comfortable, and house had everything we needed. There were toys that entertained our two-year-old, large TV's with sound systems that the teenagers loved and a pool that was clean and everyone enjoyed. Ryan was a great host and checked with us on a few different times to make sure everything was going well. '

'Traveled with my sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was just right for the four of us. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Screened back porch was a bonus. Only negative was that the living room sofas were worn and didn't have much support. Overall a great stay!'
