'If you are looking for a place to stay that's just not up to scratch, with rooms that are just worn out a tad too much, lifts that shout at you when the doors open and close, air conditioning that sounds like a running water feature and water pipes that sound like a plane taking off when you (or anyone else within a three floor radius) run the hot water a little too hard then this is the place for you! If not, spend a few more quid on an upgrade to a more up to standard hotel. On the plus...

'Decent rooms, good beds, convenient layover facility. Busses from and to Terminal 5 nearby. When traveling with BA, this is a good option. '

'I have booked triple family room but got standard double:( Female receptionist was extremely slow and did not bother to inform us that if we r staying 2 nights ,we have to REqUEST room cleaning(there was a tiny info card in the room)So our room was not refreshed and i had to ask for rubbish to be taken...Main entrance hard to find at the rear .Far from the tube, only couple of buses near by.'

'Top personeel! Goed bed. Goed ontbijt.
