'Waited about 20 min for staff to show up to check in during normal business hours. Tv remote was missing & floors were sticky. This place is more intended for people looking to stay long term rather than a few days. No matter what time of day, hallways were filled with somekind of smell, I believe maybe cooked food but unsure as well as someone could be heard having loud or argumentative conversations in their own room.'

'By far, the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help me with some strange communication issues I was having when I lost my cell phone. The staff was communicative and accessible. Although I would have enjoyed a morning mini breakfast, coffee was always available and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. I would definitely stay there again! 5 stars from me!!'
