There was a welcome letter with all the information you will need during your stay and delicious cookies! A comfortable robe and plush towels. All the staff was so kind and welcoming. It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.'

'Check in was great and hotel valet was very nice. For the size of the room (Jr. Suite) I was expecting a larger more modern bathroom, it was very small and compact. Hotel provided toiletries were very small, and we had to ask for more (3 day visit) with one teeny bottle of shampoo was not going to cut it. I was very dissatisfied that breakfast was $25 per person. While the food was good, it was the same every morning. I've stayed at cheaper hotels and had great breakfast that was included....
