Together with the living and dining area, the terraces and the garden, you will find more than 150m² of living comfort and over 2000m² of garden space.The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a large dining table, and a private balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV, underfloor heating, WiFi and air conditioning are available.A covered terrace with table and benches offers space for communal barbecue dinners and a beautiful view of the sea, the island of Brac and the sunset. A large drinks fridge with various non-alcoholic drinks and wine is available, you can take the drinks as needed, the bill will be settled at the end of your stay.The first apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower and toilet. The bedrooms have sea views.The second apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, and in the additional living space there is a small kitchen with a fridge. There is also an additional pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.The 26m² pool of Villa Sara is 80 to 160cm deep and heated. Sunbeds and parasols allow for bathing fun and relaxation, surrounded by olive trees the pool terrace offers absolute privacy and peace, nothing and no one will disturb you here. There is also a hot tub and private showers in the adjacent indoor area.A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house.
