'Our stay at Bulembu was nothing short of a magical experience. The village is filled with character and the work being done there is inspiring. It was a pleasure to see the history of Bulembu in the museum and to explore the nearby waterfalls and walking trails. The lodge and staff made for one of our best stays in southern Africa and we have been all over. 'Michael was a top-notch host who greeted me warmly on arrival, made sure I had everything I needed for my comfort, and was a terrific conversationalist. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and even brought me a brown-bag breakfast at 4 am before my morning wildlife tour. The dinner was excellent. And the room was so nice that I didn't even want to leave. I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. Full marks all around! '
