Updated and spacious rooms. Buffet was good though I’ve had better at Swissotel Makkah (not Maqam). Friendly staff. Very convenient location with access to everything including transportation. Cafe was good. Overall incredibly convenient. Fast elevators. Never felt crowded. Adhan and Salat are broadcast in rooms. Great option for families with children

This is a wonderful hotel. Very high end and well priced. Room was enormous (600 sf). The staff were just excellent and super helpful, especially Mohammed AlAttas. Stone's throw away from the Kaaba. I preferred it to the Clocktower because there is a lot less rush here and getting in and out is easy. The haram view was excellent from my room. It is just a great hotel. I've recommended it to the rest of my family.

The hotel was great location, Expedia says it is 8 minutes walk to Haram, but it is only 3 minutes to the Haram gate as there is a shortcut through the back entry. We had many questions regarding Umrah and Haramain train issues and the concierge desk was always there to help me and my family, specifically Rayan and Sulaiman were top notch!

My parents and I had a perfect stay at the Conrad Makkah: our suite was luxurious, clean, elegant, and very comfortable, the service was warm and professional, and I must recommend the breakfast buffet: I typically love eating out as a foodie but the food in Makkah is limited and the breakfast buffet was excellent so we had our big meals in the morning.

Chambre 1209, un adulte, trois enfants, avec petit-déjeuner inclus confirmé et réglé lors de la réservation. Le réceptionniste a refusé le petit-déjeuner pour les enfants. Il n'a rien voulu entendre, bien que la réservation est sans ambiguïtés. J'en ai fait des hôtels dans le monde avec mes enfants, et c'est la première fois qu'on refuse le petit-déjeuner aux enfants... L'hôtel n'a même pas voulu entendre EXPEDIA qui était notre intermédiaire. Si un parent prend le petit-déjeuner, c'est pour ses enfants et comme je disais, c'est la première fois que des enfants sont exclus de la prestation, alors qu'elle est déjà payée dans la réservation. C'est honteux pour un hôtel qui se dit 5 étoiles, le parent mange mais l'enfant non, à moins de remettre la main au porte-monnaie, alors que la réservation inclus le petit déjeuner. Conrad et la chaîne Hilton, c'est fini. De très beaux hôtels avec de meilleures prestations qui n'exclut pas les enfants, ça n'est pas ce qui manque. En revanche, je remercie EXPEDIA qui a compris la situation et a pris à sa charge le petit-déjeuner des enfants. @Conrad, je n'ai même pas mis le pied dans votre restaurant... C'est EXPEDIA qui sort grandi de cette histoire

I made booking for 2 rooms. Room1 : 2 adults and child (15 yrs) / Room 2 : 2 adults and child (16 yrs). The breakfast is included. Upon arrival they said: the breakfast will change to Sohor during ramadn!!!!!!!. And there us extra fee to change from Sohor meal to breakfast. Moreover , i payed extra charge fot kids meal!!

The hotel eas nice but we were given a wrong room to what we booked and paid for online. 2. Days in that room my asthma flarred up badly and my child had allergies which caised him temp and sneezing with sore red eyes, i complained and after 6 hrs of waiting my room was changed and upgarded it . The hiuse kweping guy on 8th floor the initial room given ,that person was really nice but thhe houae keeping in floor 5 was very personal ,as a ladybi found offensive asking me whichbcountry i am from and than discussing in between that i look from such and such place and giggling . Both those men should be spoken to on floor 5 . Rest was nice ,breakfast was good ,staff there was very nice ,room which was given as upgrade was nice clean .

Great hotel .
We have an amazing experience staying in hotel Conrad, Jabal Omor location while we perform our umrah. Alhamdulillah, we are glad that we have chosen this hotel to stay with my family. The service from front desk to housekeeping is great. Convenient location, just opposite of the masjidul Haram’s 79 no gate. We were out of crowds but close to the haram. InshaAllah next time we will choose this hotel again.

It was ok nothing wow 😯. I arrived 0900 am and I got room by 4 pm . This short and chubby guy ( sorry don’t know his name ) wasn’t very cooperative. I asked for clean towels and he pretend ok but nobody came . I was expecting slightly better service for the price they charge but Elhumdulilah.

I stayed here from 10 Jan till 16 Jan 24. I like the services rendered by housekeeping. Breakfast spread was delicious. Will come again for future umrah.

The staff were very kind from the reception to the conciege to the buffet. My only concern was that there is no microwave available to heat milk for my little child and that they did not have a coffee machine in the room (I would like the property management to take that into consideration). We love Conrad hotels. They have same bedding (very comfortable) as the ones in the USA. I will definitely come back.

Amazing breakfast options. Walk to haram was only 2 mins. Room was very spacious and clean. Excellent room service as well. Definitely coming back here again Inn sha Allah
