The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area has a warm ambience and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dining table. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, and it comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Just a short walk away, you'll find Plaza de la Merced at 500m offering plenty of bars, restaurants, the Mercado Central de Atarazanas, a vibrant market offering fresh produce and local delicacies. The Santa Iglesia Catedral Basílica de la Encarnación, a stunning cathedral with a mix of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles, is also nearby. For a taste of traditional Spanish cuisine and a lively atmosphere, head to El Pimpi, a famous restaurant and bar known for its delicious tapas and extensive wine selection. History buffs will appreciate the Malaga Museum, which showcases the city's rich cultural heritage. With its central location, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring all Malaga offers.

This property is conveniently situated 500meters away from one the main place of Malaga, Plaza de la Merced. As well near two nearby stations. Atarazanas station is just 1.2 kilometres away, while Málaga-Centro-Alameda station is 1.8 kilometres away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
