Gezellig en rustig appartement in het centrum van Malaga met parkeerplaats inbegrepen.
Beste locatie: in het stadscentrum met uitzicht op de berg Gibralfaro.
Rustig en veilig gebied, gemakkelijk transport. Het is in Victoria Street, in de buurt van Plaza de la Merced en Alcazaba (5 minuten loopafstand), 15 minuten naar het strand. Parkeer uw auto en ga overal te voet naartoe.

Welkom in Malaga!

Onze plaats is comfortabel en klaar om uw verblijf in Malaga onvergetelijk te maken. Rust en voel je thuis na een bezoek aan deze prachtige stad:

- Comfortabel tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en comfortabele Italiaanse slaapbank (dubbel formaat) in de woonkamer, beide met visco-elastische kussens voor uw beste rust.
- Marmeren vloer om het appartement koel te houden.

-> Wij komen uit Malaga, dus we kunnen u veel lokale aanbevelingen geven!

Er is een wasmachine, maar geen droger. Je kunt het indien nodig gebruiken, maar je kleding moet minimaal één zonnige dag drogen. Er is snel internet, gratis en onbeperkte WiFi, Smart TV met Netflix, HBO ...

Laat het ons weten als u met de auto komt, wij zullen u laten zien waar de parkeerplaats is. Houd er rekening mee dat de auto MAX HOOGTE 1,80 m is.

Omdat we uit Malaga komen, kennen we de stad heel goed en zullen we je graag op een kaart laten zien waar je heen kunt gaan en met veel lokale aanbevelingen. We zullen beschikbaar zijn als u hulp of advies nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf.

Perfect: mooie locatie, nieuw appartement, vlotte communicatie met eigenaar, parking aanwezig

Wij waren zeer tevreden. Het appartement is nieuw (of recent vernieuwd) en dat voel je: geen krakende vloeren, geen lekkende kranen, geen gammele ramen en deuren. Alles is zeer degelijk afgewerkt. Rolluiken voor alle ramen. Mooie keuken met koelkast en diepvriezer, nespresso-machine... Locatie is ook uitstekend: aan de drukke Calle Victoria maar het appartement bevindt zich op de vierde verdiep aan de achterkant (er is een moderne lift). Geen last van straatlawaai hier en uitzicht op de groene heuvels van Gibralfaro. Op enkele 100den meter van de Plaza Merced vanwaar je de oude stad binnenstapt. Zeer handig vonden we de eigen parking op een 200 meter afstand. De communicatie met Juan verliep bijzonder vlot en de waarborg werd daags nadien teruggestort. Kortom, wij kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

We could not have been more pleased

We just spent six lovely days and nights in Juan and Mar’s lovely flat which is perfectly located. It is in a quiet neighborhood, right next door to a fantastic bakery, but only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping and cultural sights. Outside your window is a hill, which has a great urban walk to the castle at the top. Great and easy communications with the host. We could not have been more pleased.

We loved our stay at the apartment! Juan met us at the parking garage and walked us over to the apartment (which has an elevator). The apartment was super clean and bright and was well equipped with everything we needed. Juan took time to give us some highlights about the city and pointers on what to see and great restaurant choices. The location is perfect! It is within easy walking distance of the historic district, museums, and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying at Juan's apartment in Malaga!!

This apartment is close to a small pleasant square or plaza which has five cafe/restaurants which are all along one side and look across the square. Great for morning coffee and food and drink throughout the day. The apartment is in a busy street but at the rear away from the noise. We couldn't believe how quiet it was. Recommended

Everything needed is available and well maintained. The 2 of us felt safe during our one week visit to awesome Malaga, which offers a truly widespread range of different things one can do, contemplate , enjoy. Returning from activities we could relax and reload batteries in the astonishingly quite flat. Juan is a trustworthy host whose recommendations we followed . We were not disappointed a single time.

Great location

The location of the property is fantastic. Quiet, about a 5 minute walk to the central district. The property had everything needed for the stay. There is a market up the street for supplies. Only negative is the bed is in fact a queen not a king, but given the size of the bedroom I don't think a king would fit. Don't let that deter you. This place is great & Juan is a wonderful host!

Wonderful stay in Malaga

My family and I had a great time at Juan’s property in Malaga. It had all the essential features to make it a comfortable base as we explored Malaga and the south of Spain. Location ideale

A 2 pas du centre , donc tout est tres accessible a pied ou en bus . Mais légèrement en retrait de l agitation , donc très calme. Un large choix de petit restau , supermarche ouvert tardivement . Bel appartement tres lumineux , propre , tres bien équipé avec une vraie cuisine , salle de bain et chambre 50 m2 ideal pour 2 , acceptable pour 4 , mais certainement moins confortable . Accueil et disponibilité tres apreciable . Nous recommendons vivement cette location et ce quartier qui reste sur le haut de la rue tres typique.

This is a great apartment within walking distance of almost everything! We were here for 10 days and were able to walk for groceries and everything else we needed. Juan is a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful. If we return to Malaga we would try to stay in this apartment.

Lovely flat, great location

Juan met us at the car parking and walked us to the flat which is bright, modern and very well equipped, just like the photos. Juan gave us some great tips on places to visit, and local restaurants. A very enjoyable week, our first time in Malaga and hopefully not the last. Very convenient location for walking into town but also easy to access the main roads to visit other locations. We drove to Alhambra and Ronda. Both stunning and well worth a visit.

The apartment is beautiful and well equipped for a stay in Malaga. Very close to groceries, coffee, bars, and restaurants. It is a very short walk to old Malaga filled with shopping, restaurants, bars, and historical sites. Quiet, Clean, Well Located, Good View

We loved our stay in Juan's apartment. It is within walking distance of all central-city Malaga attractions. It is on the top floor facing the back of the building, so it is insulated from street noise and has a beautiful view of Gibralfaro mountain. Juan met us when we checked in, gave us an overview of the area and attractions, and always responded to our messages within a half-day. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment in Malaga

The orientation/map provided in person by Juan was the best ever. Calle Victoria was busy and interesting with groceries nearby and Plaza Merced had some great restaurants just a few hundred meters away. The apartment was sparkling clean and the peaceful view over the Gibralfaro was lovely to come home to. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. You won’t be disappointed.

L’accueil, la propreté, l’emplacement, la proximité des épiceries et du centre historique, tout était parfait!! Nous avons passé un mois dans ce charmant appartement. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables et surtout bien que l’appartement soit situé sur une rue passante le fait qu’il soit à l’arrière fait en sorte qu’il n’y a pas de bruit. Nous le recommandons fortement.
