IMPORTANT: The bedroom facing the interior patio is very quiet, without noise. But the bedroom whose windows face the street is noisy, especially on weekends and holidays. The living-dining room has a sofa-bed. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. The building has an elevator. Free WIFI.

It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just an 8-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 14-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.

IMPORTANT: Being a very central apartment, there may be some noise at night, especially during weekends (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) and holidays.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the outside balconies.
PETS: they are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage that may be caused. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic to dog or cat hair. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
