Keep in mind that for bookings of 28 nights or more:



· 1. You must sign a lease agreement

· 2. Public services such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

· 3. You must assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 150 EUR



In the event that a face-to-face Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:



$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
