The location on this loft is great and the area is safe. It is located right next to a church so the bells at all hours can be annoying. Loft itself is pretty spacious for two people and decently clean. My biggest issue was the bathroom. It’s rusting in so many places, is small, and didn’t feel as clean.

Mitten in der Stadt, trotzdem ruhig

Wohnung wie beschrieben, von dem vorher von anderen GÀsten erwÀhntem schlechten Geruch im Bad haben wir nichts bemerkt. Alles sehr gut, schade dass man weder deutsche noch englischsprachige Fernsehsender bekommt. Aber dank gutem WLAN auch nicht sooo schlimm.

A very nice stay in MalĂĄga

This Loft is located in the very center of Historical Málaga. Supermarkets, restaurants and many stores are near by. Also the Picasso Museum and his birth-house are approx. 80m away. The beach is a 10min walk away, but you can use an e-scooter to get there faster. However, the sand is very hot and not walkable without shoes. Don’t go without enough water or a sunshade. The Loft is very clean. In the bathroom you will smell sewer gas, but it isn’t strong and you can help yourself with e.g. Febreze. There are enough plates and cups. The pan had seen better times I guess, but it works. There is a toaster and a microwave, no oven and no dishwasher. A fridge including a sub-zero freezer is also included. There is no terrace or balkony. The AC is working fine. As the Loft is ok the 3rd floor, it can be very warm inside. Make sure you turn on AC when you’re leaving the Loft in the morning. To sum up: It‘s a very nice 2 people Loft, it’s technically suitable for four, but i won’t recommend doing this. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, in the old town of Malága. The sewer smell isn’t so strong, that you couldn’t stay here. It is very safe, two doors with high security locks, but no smoke detectors. Wifi works fine.

Great location, bad bed

The location and styling of this apartment is excellent, but the bed is terrible. It feels like a pull-out sofa with a thin mattress and a cheap frame you can feel through the night. Note: If you're traveling by car you will have to pay for parking in Malaga. That adds about €23 per day. It's easier not to drive when you're this centrally located.

Emplacement idéal

Ce loft est spacieux et agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien situĂ© dans le centre historique en zone piĂ©tonne prĂšs de la Plaza Alcazabilla, Plaza Merced et la rue Granada qui donne accĂšs Ă  tous les principaux sites et musĂ©es. Plein de restos et petits bars Ă  tapas, commerces et services de proximitĂ©s pour s’approvisionner, poste de taxis et bus, ce merveilleux parc de Malaga et la promenade du port. Si vous prĂ©voyez cuisiner vaux mieux vous en tenir au microonde, l’équipement est basique. Le lit Ă©tait confortable, le module de climatisation sert aussi de chauffage. Dans l’ensemble l’appartement Ă©tait propre sauf la salle de bain qui mĂ©riterait une bonne mise Ă  jour, une odeur d'Ă©gouts dĂ©sagrĂ©able sans dĂ©gage probablement dĂ» aux travaux d’un immeuble voisin en restauration (munissez vous d’un bonbonne aĂ©rosol et garder la porte fermĂ©e). L’équipe ne rĂ©pond pas aux courriels, j’ai dĂ» tĂ©lĂ©phoner de MontrĂ©al pour avoir l’information sur le RDV pour les clĂ©s. Si vous avez besoin d’informations vaut mieux tĂ©lĂ©phoner (WhatsApp disponible). MalgrĂ© ces inconvĂ©nients j’ai apprĂ©ciĂ© cette appartement qui je le rĂ©pĂšte est tellement bien situĂ© que l’on oublie ces petits dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. Viva Malaga !

Property in historical central - but with horrendous smell

We loved the location of this apartment, which is right in the heart of Malaga a beautiful city with lots to explore and enjoy. On first impressions the apartment was good, it could have been better equipped with wine glasses, having only one champagne flute available. Pillows were a bit flat and had seen better days. The TV had no signal at all. These were all minor issues and wouldn’t under normal circumstances have spoilt our enjoyment of the accommodation.The main issue with the apartment was the bathroom, which had the worst smell I can describe, to the extent we had to hold our nose to use it or be left gagging. The smell was of strong sewerage and despite reporting this to the property manager, who treated the drains with a strong solution, the situation didn’t improve. The apartment should not be let with the bathroom in this condition. Such a shame, as we really enjoyed what Malaga has to offer, but the apartment and the disgusting smell was a huge disappointment.

Sits above the rooftops in the heart of Malaga. A fabulous studio.

Santiago Premium Loft is situated within easy walking distance of most of the monuments, restaurants and museums. The studio is starkly designed, clean and secure. Duvet is a bit grubby!
