Unique one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat in the centre of Malaga, just a few metres from the Cathedral.

We enter the living room of the flat, a bright room thanks to its closed balcony with lateral views to the Cathedral of Malaga. Equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, dining table and chairs, it is a cosy place to relax after a day of sightseeing in the city.

Next to the living room is the kitchen, separated from it with two glass doors to be able to separate the room if you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking utensils to make your stay a more pleasant experience.

The bedroom has a double bed of 135x180cm and wardrobe. The bathroom, en suite with the bedroom, is equipped with a shower.

The location of the property allows easy access to the main points of interest, as well as to enjoy the gastronomic and leisure offer that the city of Malaga has to offer.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
