The Entire Home: Full access to the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house and the A/C game room.
Private Yard: The huge, fully fenced yard is all yours to enjoy.
Boathouse & Dock: You have private access to the boathouse area. Bring your boat and tie up at our private dock, which features an upper deck with a seating area—the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
Lake Access: The pier area is great for fishing or swimming right from your backyard.
Fire Pit: In the evening, gather around the large lakeside fire pit for cozy conversations under the stars.

As this is a gated community, you will receive all necessary access information prior to your check-in.

Please take a moment to review these important details for your stay:

LIABILITY WAIVER: All activities on the property, including but not limited to the use of kayaks, the boat dock, and swimming, are undertaken AT YOUR OWN RISK. The owner is not liable for any injuries.
PROPANE GRILL: A propane grill is provided for your use. A tank is provided. If it runs out during your stay, you can exchange it at the nearby Dollar General. We kindly ask that you leave the tank at checkout.
EXTRA PROPANE OPTION: If you would like an extra, full propane tank available upon your arrival, we can provide one for a fee. The cost is $30 (if you provide an empty tank for exchange) or $60 (without an exchange). Please let us know in advance if you would like this service.
