'Locatie is top, bediening is hit or miss. Receptie lijkt wel een kletsgroep zonder veel klantgerichtheid - uitzonderingen daargelaten. Kamer is prima, wel vreemde geur in badkamer. Housekeeping was middelmatig. Niet goedkoop! '

'Buena Vida is a beautiful resort. It has a beautiful vibe and very cozy and homey feel. The staff and cleaners all made us feel welcome upon arrival and made sure we felt comfortable and that we were free to ask for anything we needed at any time throughout our stay. We were also able to request a romantic package which is perfect for couples. It includes a spa massage, a private jacuzzi and an intimate dinner for two which is perfect for anniversary celebration. 'ビーチがすぐのロケーションはグッド。 部屋もシンプルだが、シャワーはお湯もでるのが良かった。 ただ、受付が最悪。チェックインのときから、無愛想で笑顔のひとつもなし。タオル交換に50ペソかかることも聞いていないのに、説明したの一点張り。とにかく、こちらの話を聞かず、まくしたてるようにしゃべる。非常に不快だった。チェックアウト時も現地語で他のスタッフに指示していたが、待たないと行けないのか、去っていいのか、不明なまま。チェックアウト後、Thank youと言ったのに無視。マラパスクワにはまた行きたいが、このホテルは絶対利用しない。'

'The staff was so helpful and friendly. The diving was efficient and the dive masters were experts at finding treasures beneath the sea. Seeing the majestic Thresher Sharks was a once in a lifetime experience. The food and drinks were reasonable and delicious. Thanks to all who made our stay so memorable.'

'Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. '

'Arrived at hotel only to be informed that room was not available and yes it take 6-7 hrs to transit from Cebu and I was really tired already. I wanted king bed room with balcony and a standard twin was given instead. Reception (Michelle) was rude and blame everything to Hotel.com was not empathetic of situation at all. A pair of ladies from Italy experienced the same thing. Toilet flush did not work, I had to wait 2 days before they had someone come fix it. When you need to go, you go. So I...

'Price very expensive atending quality, grill in the restaurant extremely expensive, breakfast very poor, no internet in the room, in the lobby week, the cotines doesn't cut the day light. Noise of works. The staff is friendly and kind.'
