'Our stay was wonderful, the room was ready on arrival even though we were 2 hours early for check in. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The balcony was lovely and overlooked the lake. It was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Patricia who often looked up how to get to any destination around the lake. All the staff were so friendly and greeted us whenever they saw us.
