Wir sagen oft, dass Val di Sogno (= Übersetzt Traumtal) einen wichtigen Namen hat und dass wir die Pflicht haben, das Prestige dieses Namens aufrechtzuerhalten. Wir versuchen, die natürliche Schönheit des Ortes zu pflegen und beschützen, denn es ist wirklich wunderschön und dieses Glück zu teilen, ist eine grosse Freude für uns! Ebenso sind wir froh, dass Sie es auch geschätzt haben und hoffen Sie wieder hier ins Val di Sogno willkommen zu können.

THANKS for your kind feedback. Val di Sogno (= Dream Valley) is indeed an amazing place. Breakfast is important to us and we take care about it in many ways. I am glad you appreciated it. We devote also time and resources to the research and training of our staff. We believe people are important. Not only the guests, also the staff. Again thank you for underlining and considering this important aspect of our work and big part of our success. As far as the choice of dishes in the Restaurant' smenu and its portions concerns, please be aware these are done on purpose. We are not a typical local touristic Italian restaurant. It is not our intention. Into town you find hundreds of these. We like to be different and prefer a slightly gourmet approach. Which might not be agreeable to everybody, but is our goal. Luckily we offer only B&B as hotel: therefore everyone can choose where to have dinner and what to eat, every night. And try once also our inside à la Carte Restaurant DOLCIAQUE.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ja - aus Sicherheits- und Hygienegründen haben wir Kunststoffgläser in den Zimmer gestellt. Es gibt aber Gläser aus Glas für Getränke die an der Bar konsumiert werden. Und was Gemälde und Kissen angeht... dass sind persönliche Geschmäcker. Manche Leute mögen sie, manche Leute nicht. Wir sind ein wenig spartanisch mit der Zimmer-Einrichtung, nicht wahr? Auf der anderen Seite haben wir den Seeblick, der ein lebendiges Bild ist.... Abgesehen von diesen Möbeldetails, hoffen wir dass Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben. Ihre 4 Sterne Wertung lässt mich denken, dass es so auch war. GUT! Bis zum nächsten Mal! PS - Wir haben angefangen einige Zimmer mit etwas mehr Design Stil zu renovieren. Beim nächsten Gelegenheit sollten Sie so ein Zimmer wählen.

VAL DI SOGNO (= Traumtal) hat seinen Namen verdient und wir versuchen, ihn zu ehren. Gut, dass es geklappt hat :=)

We are happy you had a very good experience in our hotel. The evening menu of the gourmet Restaurant Dolciaque inside the hotel has 2 different 5-courses-tasting menus and an à la carte choice among 6 starters, 6 first courses 6 main courses and 6 desserts. We are sorry it was not enough for you. As we do offer a particular cuisine style the offer is certainly not ordinary. Our price might be expensive for someone, even if we are in line with the local gourmet restaurants. Luckily the menu is available on line and at hotel front desk so people can have a look at what there is to eat and how much it cost before deciding to have dinner or lunch in the Restaurant.

Thanks - it is great to be your favorite hotel. Lake Garda is marvellous, Val di Sogno where the hotel is situated is dreamy. We simply do our work with love and care and like to share the beauty of nature around us and the relaxing atmosphere with our guest, who deserve... a little corner of heaven on earth! Danke für Ihr Feedback. Die Lage ist ja traumhaft und entspricht wohl die Name VAL DI SOGNO (= Tal des Traumes) der Ortes. Es tut mir wirklich leid, dass Sie unser Frühstück langweilig gefunden haben. Qua Essen mit mehreren Sorten Brot, Croissants, Gebäck, Kuchen, verschiedene Marmeladen, Butter, Margarine, Honig, Nutella, verschiedenen Aufschnitt (Schinken, Salami und Käse), frisches Obst und Gemüse, unterschiedliche Müsli Sorten, Joghurt Natur oder mit Obst, Eier (gekocht oder Rührei mit Speck), frisch gemachte Omelette und der mehreren warmen und kalten Getränke inklusiv Sekt, kann man meiner Meinung nach jeden Tag variieren und etwas anders kosten. Wir werden jedoch versuchen uns noch zu verbessern.

Ci fa piacere sapere che tornerete! La prossima volta potrete chiedere il caffè al bar anche a colazione, ve lo prepareremo volentieri (anche se credetemi, quello della macchinetta la mattina è migliore :=) E se ci avvisate al momento della prenotazione vi faremo trovare i doppi cuscini in camera già all'arrivo! Per quanto riguarda il set di cortesia ci stiamo lavorando, mentre il wifi ed i canali televisivi rimarranno sempre un nostro punto debole. La location qui è fantastica, ma le connessioni radio-tv-internet sono pessime nella nostra zona e sebbene ogni anno proviamo qualcosa di nuovo la situazione al momento non migliora. Comunque non perdiamo la speranza di sistemare anche questa difficoltà e facciamo affidamento sul nostro meraviglioso Lago di Garda che ha talmente tanto di bello e reale da offrire (anche in bassa stagione) che diventa quasi uno spreco passare il tempo davanti alla tv.
