'Our stay at the Emporio Veracruz was excellent. Jennifer the lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful and Jose the bellman was outstanding . He was helpful, knowledgeable and with a nice positive attitude every morning. The Cuban group that played in the bar Saturday night was very enjoyable and we also used the spa which was a great experience.'
