The Space:
Welcome to the 'Dream Beach House- Seaside Getaway', a seaside haven that is only 40 metres from the main beach in Agia Pelagia. It covers up a large area of 1300 sq. m., which guarantees privacy and peace.

This home can easily fit up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, which is great for relaxing, and the second bedroom has two single beds, which are great for kids or friends. In the living room, there is also a sofa that can be converted into a double bed.

The kitchen has all the modern tools (refrigerator, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, etc.) and a grill and wood oven outside for tasty treats.

The 'Dream Beach House' also has an outdoor shower in the yard, an outdoor bar for a quiet afternoon and two places to eat outside on warm summer nights.

The 150 sq. m. of green grass in the yard makes it a real oasis. This area has two sunbeds, two couches, and a swing, so there is plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun. Outside of the yard, the garden is full of fruit trees and fragrant plants that make the already perfect setting feel even more like paradise. The bright flowers that are growing in the garden complete this picture of a peaceful country scene.

Property has its own private parking for up to 4 cars.

Guest Access:
Located in a tranquil neighborhood surrounded by local residences and friendly locals, the 'Dream Beach House- Seaside Getaway' offers a true experience of the local culture. A road leads to a private gate, opened with a remote control, and a parking space within the property. The main entrance to the house is conveniently located near the parking gate for easy access.

It's just a minute walk to the main beach of Agia Pelagia, an organized beach with umbrellas, sunbeds, and available water sports. Besides the main beach, there are several other picturesque beaches within a short distance, such as Ligaria, Psaromoura, and Made.

Agia Pelagia offers a plethora of options, from supermarkets and souvenir shops to cafes, restaurants, and bars. Also, you'll find several shops and a pharmacy in the village. Most of these are easily accessible on foot from the property.

Enjoy a walk around the village of Agia Pelagia or explore the beautiful spots of Crete with your car. The center of Heraklion is only 20 kilometers to the east, while the suburb of Ammoudara is 15 kilometers away.

The airport, located 25 kilometers to the east of Agia Pelagia, is easily accessible via the national road.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood provides many of the essentials for a pleasant stay. Just 50 meters away from your doorstep, you will find taverns and restaurants to taste the local cuisine, a supermarket for your daily shopping, and other stores for your needs. Moreover, the main beach of Agia Pelagia, one of the most charming beaches in the area, is exceptionally close to the property, so you can enjoy the mesmerizing seas of Crete without worrying about transportation.

Getting Around:
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by local houses and friendly people. Just a one-minute walk from the house is Agia Pelagia's main beach, which is organized with umbrellas, sunbeds, and offers water sports. For those wanting to explore more beaches, you’ll find Psaromoura Beach approximately 500 meters north of Agia Pelagia, a small, pebbly beach popular among locals for its protection from the northwest winds. Mononaftis Beach is about 1 km north, known for its clear green waters and popularity among divers. Ligaria Beach is situated roughly 1 km east of Agia Pelagia and features calm, warm waters ideal for families. Mades Beach, around 4 km east, is a small pebbly beach nestled in a bay, offering a tranquil setting for relaxation. Kladissos Beach is approximately 3.5 km east and is a secluded spot with fine gravel and green waters. Fylakes Beach is a tiny sandy cove hidden just to the side of Agia Pelagia Beach, offering privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. The Heraklion International Airport (Nikos Kazantzakis) is located approximately 25 km east of Agia Pelagia and is easily accessible via the national road. Agia Pelagia itself offers a variety of amenities, including cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and souvenir shops Also important to know is that there is one pharmacy in the village. Most of these mentioned above are accessible on foot within a short distance from the property. You can either walk around the village of Agia Pelagia or drive around Crete using your car to explore other beautiful places. The city center of Heraklion is only 20 km to the east, while the suburb of Ammoudara is 15 km away.

Other Things to Note:
The care of the garden and lawn takes place once a week. We will make sure to inform our guests in advance of this process so that there is no inconvenience and their peaceful stay is ensured.
There is also a filter for drinkable water to the right of the sink in the kitchen and a water cooler, providing easy access to fresh drinking water throughout the stay.
