Heel fijn hotel. Super vriendelijk personeel en prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Alles os goed te doen met een auto of met de ferry. Ik zou het hotel zeker aanraden.

Hotel was great , we had to walk to lecco but that was only 20mins , transport was straightforward and we got to visit more places than expected, including Milan.

Très bon hôtel. Chambre agréable avec vue sur le lac. La restaurant et le bar de l’hôtel sont supers également. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute. Le petit plus, le spa avec vue sur le lac ! Prévoir une voiture pour pouvoir se balader

The room was small and at the back of the hotel, but clean and warm (in winter). Breakfast was very good and really helpful staff. Only negative was that we arrived at 8.05pm to be told the spa area had closed at 8pm and wouldn’t reopen until the next afternoon - slightly frustrating to say the least. Please publish this in the text as we would have chosen another hotel without spa facilities more on our route.

Très bel hôtel
Hôtel assez récent avec tout le nécessaire pour vous surprendre. Bel emplacement sur le lac avec une vue inouïe sur la ville de lecco. Personnel agréable et chambre spacieuse et toute neuve ! Sans compter la terrasse au dernier étage qui semble être incroyable en plein été !

We booked a balcony room overlooking the Lake and WOW! We had the most romantic and unforgettable stay. The staff is so kind and generous, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in the Como area.

Séjour incroyable, nous avons été surclassés gratuitement, le personnel est au petits soins et l’espace spa / massage est top. L’établissement est neuf et les chambres tout confort.

Despite a relatively small superior room and initial frustrations with the tv casting, which apparently only works with android phones we had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the bar was very good which makes me think that the hotel chef is very good as they have two restaurants that we did not frequent. We ate in the bar three nights because we prefer eating dinner around 6pm not the usual 7 to 9 in Italy. Highly recommended if you are staying in the area.

The hotel itself is a work of art, staff are numerous and provided great service, and the 3 different dining options were great. The bistro just across the street had the best pasta and pizza we have had so far in Italy. The fine dining option was great, and they acommodated allergies well. The only thing to be aware of, is it is a bit away from everything (can be a positive as well, as it is quiet and peaceful). Not really a major negative, you just have to plan your day around when the ferries or trains come from Lecco. About a 15 min walk to the train station which is very scenic, or a quick taxi if you have bags. It is more like a resort than a hotel, but quiet small and friendly still. This just means that you don't even need to leave the hotel as there is lot's to do and various dining options. Spa was amazing and was truly luxurious. For a price of 20 Euros each, that is very reasonable compared to other hydrotherapy spas. Rooms have high ceilings, technology like touch screen lights and modern TV was great. The stay was luxurious and amazing. Highly recommend promessi sposi!

Loved everything about the hotel, only one small criticism, there was no table on the balcony, wasn’t a big issue as the weather meant sitting on balcony wasn’t an option most of the time, but when I asked at reception about getting a table I was told it wasn’t possible?? As I say this is only a small criticism, we loved our stay and would definitely stay again 😀

Great property. Nicely renovated and clean. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and staff were super helpful to accommodate. Lovely lake views from the rooftop bar. Will definitely stay again, in this quieter area at Lake Como.

everything was great . .beautiful view.. room was great ...food was great ..my only complaint would be the lighting and ac.controls for the room . its a touch panel that controls everything and its not easy to use . we could actually never figure out the ac control panel to the point i took a picture of it and asked the front desk to explain it to me . the front desk person said what temperature would you lkke your room and then went to the front desk computer and set it there .

Dont leave any valuables behind, We had checked out and mistakenly left a bag of newly purchased clothes behind in the room. I immediately called the front desk and they said they would check and see if they could find it and let me know. I did not hear from anyone so I called the next day to only here that they found a bag with snacks it in which we never had in our room. I know this is my fault for leaving this behind but beware if you leave something by mistake you will probably never see it again.

Very good hotel and wonderful staff made us feel at home. Tasty and substantial breakfast to start the day, and located by the Lake Como, a bit of a walk from Lecco which has mainline trains. We had a room with a terrace which was very good. All equipment worked well

Neues und sehr schönes Hotel. Preise nicht ganz günstig, aber ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Comer See und verfügt über eine, wenn auch sehr enge, Parkgarage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, klimatisiert und erfüllen alle Bedürfnisse. Teilweise ohne Balkon. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Rooftop Bar. Diese befindet sich auf dem Dach des Hotels mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht über die Bucht von Lecco. Besonders bei Nacht ein Traum... Personal und Empfang sehr freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Sehr modernes neues Hotel, vielleicht etwas zu steril. Ein paar Blumen und Bilder wären schön. Sehr freundliches Personal insbesondere beim Frühstück sehr flott. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Wir waren nicht im Spa. Hierfür extra zu bezahlen halte ich für einen Marketingfehler, lieber 5 € aufs Zimmer aufschlagen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Schöne Aussicht auf den Lago und Lecco.
