Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the house and amenities except for one bedroom that is not included.

We have an additional utility room with a double bed available upon request. (This room is not included in the 3 mentioned above).

Firewood available for the bonfire with an additional cost of $ 300.00 pesos

The house is located within a quiet and secure private condominium 5 minutes from downtown Malinalco by car. We are surrounded by nature, mountain scenery, and similar condominiums.

Getting Around:
You can walk to the main attractions and restaurants or move by car or safe taxi service.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to respect the house rules, especially those that have to do with reducing noise levels between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The condo staff are asked to enforce the house rules on our behalf.

The pool heating system is solar so that on rainy days the pool temperature could drop a few degrees, for this, electric heating for the Jacuzzi is also available at no cost

-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week

Interaction with Guests:
The rent of the house includes a service person at no additional cost, who will disinfect, clean, cook and will be pending during your stay.

We constantly teach our staff how to take care of themselves and our guests with measures of healthy distance and cleanliness.
