'Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Close by the city but still quiet area. Just that a lunch break from 12-1pm where you can't check-in is very old fashioned these days. And there's lack of communication between the reception and breakfast staff (first you don't need a breakfast ticket, but without they don't serve you). Breakfast is complete and nice. '

'Clean and spacious room, very close to Old Town and Most SNP ( walking distance to the bus station to Vienna). The front desk was easy to talk to and very helpful. The only negative - my bedsheet was stained - it was clean, but with visible stains on one spot. Other than that, I would highly recommend the place, great price for the value and the location. '

'The hotel was on the main square of Bratislava. I think it is the best hotel in the town. I 10/10 would recommend this. '

'I didnt receive the check in email. When I call them, instead of sending the mail they tried to help me with a long bad communicated phone talk. There is no one else to help you. Its a ghost hotel. And rooms are worse than pictures and smell so bad. It says private bathroom but wc is on corridor. So tecnically its true but misleading. My advise would be paying 25 euro train ticket and going to Prague instead of staying here'
