'I liked that hotel was very clean(most important) and updated and maintained. The pool is a nice size. It was a cloudy day and I Felt like some decoration on the walls would brighten things up. Pool ladders were loose and wobbly. This 62 year old is also getting wobbly and didn't feel 100% safe. Used the steps after that. I hate when people complain about the complimentary breakfast, but I wasn't impressed with quality of some items.
Besides those few minor negatives there was no noise...

'I had to check out early due to my niece was in the hospital had a bad accident. So I had to head to Bemidji. I was told you wouldn’t refund my two nights that I had paid for. The guy I first talked to said they would be glad to refund my two nights and he was sorry for the news about my niece. He went to get a gal that came to the desk she was very nasty. This was an emergency and I had enough stress on me. This was handled very poorly on your part!!!'

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10.

'It was a pleasant stay the staff were very helpful, hot breakfast was decent and a large variety of different options for breakfast free juice all day. Room was clean the ceiling paint in the shower was pealing a bit the pool seemed fine but hot tub was being fixed. Besides that it was a pleasant 7 night stay.'
