Prima locatie, geen luxe maar prima verblijf. Appartementen hebben kleine keuken waar je eenvoudig kunt koken. Weinig uitrusting. Locatie is prettig, rustig en toch dichtbij het strand.

The acoustic in the dining room means that it can be incredibly noisy even when it is not full. That is something quite noticeable even from the minute we walked through the main door at reception and also coming down the corridor from room 15. Other observation is that the cleaning staff do not appear to wash up the few cups in the room. The shower do not appear to drain well. I think it has not been declogged for a while. We asked for blankets at reception as it was quite cold on some evenings but none arrived. It would also be good to provide complimentary disposable slippers as the tiled floor can be uncomfortably cold to walk on.

Nice room, good location, hotel pool and bar were nice. Check-in a little slow as room key wasn’t working. Lift not working most of the time, not ideal for a family room when we had a pram and were on the 2nd floor.

Trevligt boende!
Utmärkt med tvårumslgh för 3 pers. Trevlig receptionspersonal. Mycket bra buffé (med Tex Mex tema kvällen vi var där. Härligt poolområde, med gott om plats, när alla cykelturister lämnat för att åka sina turer. Nära till hav och härlig sandstrand.

Excellent value for money in what is becoming a very expensive resort. Staff, from check in throughout were excellent, courteous and friendly. accommodation was perfectly adequate and exceeded our expectations,,,, Would definitely return.

Great hotel
We had a lovely stay. Very clean, great food & friendly staff. We also had a nice surprise of a room upgrade so had a private pool that was shared by 8 apartments which was lovely. Would definitely return for another stay.

Un hôtel très familial....donc très bruyant. Beaucoup de bruits le soir tard dans les couloirs. Heureusement on avait un appartement vue sur jardin donc je pense un peu moins bruyant que vue sur le jardin. La propreté des lieux est très moyenne. Par contre les points positifs : les repas, le parking, la mer à 5 minutes à pieds et le personnel très gentil. Mais je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel. Ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles.

Lovely hotel , good facilities the only criticism is the sun bed situation …the keen ‘towlers’ were reserving beds very early and not using them for most of the day.

Great position in the less frantic area of PP. Close to fabulous beach. Fabulous staff, clean. Not enough sun beds for number of guests & a new fridge was needed in our accommodation. Other than that a great place to stay!

Fin beliggenhed
Fin beliggenhed og god og rolig lejlighed med dejlig balkon. Wifi fungerede ikke i vores lejlighed, så måtte bruge mobildata. Svømmepoolen er en stor børnepool, så den var meget varm og solsenge blokeret af englændere hele dagen. Vi gik i stedet på stranden, som ligger super tæt på og er fantastisk. Dejlig frokost på hotellets restaurant. Vi lavede også en del mad i lejligheden, da der ligger et supergodt supermarked Eroski meget tæt på, hvor der er en fabelagtig fiskeafdeling m.m. Køleskabet var ikke afrimet, da vi ankom, så det frøs ikke ret meget, helt umuligt at lave isterninger. Hotellets personale var meget søde og venlige og vi fik lov at tjekke ud 2 timer senere end normalt, da vi gerne ville skylle os efter en sidste strandtur.

Siamo stati per 5giorni e 4 notti niente da dire solo che ci siamo divertiti le spiagge sono vicinissime supermercati e ristoranti tutto vicinissimo perfetto per andare in famiglia poiché è una struttura per famiglie mia figlia ha fatto amicizie con vari bambini stato un soggiorno meraviglioso ci torneremo di sicuro cena perfetta a buffet cibo ottimo

Absolutely lovely. Really friendly staff, clean rooms and really fresh decor. The pool was really nice and walking distance to the beach. The food at the buffe was not that great tho (I recommend ordering from meny/lunch). The city Pollensa is really sleepy and family friendly (we didn’t expect that). Al in all really good hotel and the staff will help you with anything you need.

Pleasant stay
A good hotel. Furnishings quite basic. Lots of cupboard space . Definitely get a room overlooking pool. Beds quite hard and uncomfortable. breakfast good- only had snacks for lunches but food very good. A bit of a distance from main town but nice 25 min walk along lovely promenade. A bit tiring if you have had active days out like us and had to walk all the way to town and back for nice restaurants. Lack of taxis. But kept us fit. Staff helpful and friendly and hired bikes for €7 half day. Overall a lovely stay. Lots of cyclists stay here, not luxurious for couples but ok to use a base

Good room, good location, good breakfast. Room was only serviced once or twice- it was not made up every day despite leaving sign on door asking for this to be done. VIP perk of a free bottle of wine was never received. But in general a great place for the money.

Good value within walking distance of beach
We had a pleasant 10 day stay in a comfort studio, which had a reasonably well equipped kitchen area. The bathroom shower was a good size. Towels, although surprisingly small for bath towels, were changed frequently and bins emptied. There were some issues initially with our room such as noisy pipework and the beds being too hard but these were addressed the next day. The staff were very pleasant. I think the rooms had been refurbished but I didn’t like the dark paintwork in the cooking area which made it seem a little utilitarian, but overall it was a good base for Pollensa and inexpensive.

Hade en mycket bra vistelse. God frukost och jättetrevlig personal! Tyst och lugnt. Bra läge. Aldrig svårt att hitta parkering direkt utanför entrén. Nära stranden. Fin promenad till restauranger längst med vattnet. Fina lokaler.

All I can say is that all the public areas have definitely been given an upgrade as it was fresh and clean, however not the same can be said for the rooms. Ok the room we were given was advertised after reading was twin beds but when we arrived they were really far apart so I immediately rang reception and was advised that every room were separated twin beds and to be honest most guests were couples and I can’t believe that currently this is acceptable as there should give an option of twin or double. Anyway the colour of the room was dark teal really not a welcoming colour and actually reminded me of student accommodation. The room although wasn’t cleaned each day which was fine but the dust above the bed and balcony hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was a foul smell in the bathroom.
