Great location
The flat is in a great location. Beach right in front of the door. You could sit on the balcony for hour's watching the world go by! The balcony is in the shade from 09.45 but it was very hot when we were there so suited us. There is only air conditioning in the living room so we had to use the two ancient fans in two places down the hall way to move the cool air into the bedrooms - they were noisy. You can't sit on the balcony with the airco on as you boil but it's great for drying things 🙂 There need to be cushions on the outside chairs (as in the photos) - very uncomfortable with shorts or swimsuit on without. The beds were very comfortable but despite what the details say, there are 4 single beds, no doubles. This was very disappointing 😕. We used a rope to tie two together but the mattresses were still separate and kept moving apart. There are two bathrooms - the shower in the second one cannot be used unless you're a hobbit (way too small with only a shower curtain around it). Four adults used the main bathroom for showering. Water pressure was great. Useful having two toilets too. The kitchen was ok......dated and indeed of renovation. There are plenty of plates, bowls, cups and saucers but only 4 mugs. There is a complete hotchpotch of other paraphenalia which feels like it's been given for free and dumped in the rental place. Lots of glassware that doesn't match - struggled to find 4 of anything!! Could do with an overhaul. Sofas and chairs were much more comfortable than the ones shown in the photos. Think photos need updating. Washing machine a nice bonus as this was our last week of a 3 week trip! Sorry for the long review but forewarned is forearmed!

Comfortabel en mooi gelegen
Mooi gelegen aan het rustige deel van de boulevard. Alleen 's ochtends zon op het terras, op het strand (aan de overkant van de boulevard) is de hele dag zon. Appartement gelegen in afgesloten gebouw, was keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Ruim en net appartement. Geschikt voor 5 personen (2 slpkamers en 1 slaapbank). Prachtig uitzicht. Op 2e verdieping met lift. Strand voor de deur. Geen autoverkeer voor de deur. Gratis parkeren nabij. Helaas weinig zon op terras. Zeer geschikt voor ouderen of mensen die wat moeilijk te been zijn.

The view from the balcony can't be beat. Everything you need along the lovely promenade within 5 minutes walk. Hated to leave this apartment and would love to return. The whole experience was a "5"! Sehr schönes und großes Apartment mit einem Balkon zum Meer. Alles sauber und ordentlich und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Anreise war etwas holprig, da nicht ganz klar war wo sich das Apartment genau befindet. Das Apartment selber war zu der Jahreszeit etwas kalt, es gab jedoch eine Klimaanlage mit der man es warm machen konnte. Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt und können Port de Soller auf jeden Fall empfehlen! :-)

Schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Port de Soller. Die Wohnung war sehr schön gelegen und wirklich genauso wie beschrieben. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Es war ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Allerdings konnten wir das zweite Bad nicht nutzen. Es hat sehr unangenehm nach Abwasser gerochen. Auch die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden, sehr wackelig. Es gibt viele Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und die Busanbindung ist gut.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen Urlaub auf Mallorca
Wunderschöne, große und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon zur Strandpromenade, fantastischer Blick über die gesamte Bucht von Soller. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Weiteres Plus : der kostenfreie Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder !!!

Perfect location. Near everything and most importantly metres from the gorgeous beach As a number of people say finding the key is a pain! May I suggest a photo of the black box so it is easily identifiable! Overall lovely clean apartment in fabulous location The apartment is spacious and well equipped and very clean. Urlaub mit Traumblick
Fewo mit Traumblick in toller Lage. Direkt über der Strandpromenade natürlich mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Schattige Lage des Balkons im Sommer ein großer Vorteil. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok, Bäder sehr klein. Fazit: Schöner, für uns einmaliger Familienurlaub, da preislich zu den neuen Konditionen nicht mehr passend.

A nice apartment in a great location in the port with wonderful views from the balcony. It is on the sea front in the Repic area of the beach, close to many cafes and restaurants and the little Spar supermarket. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, it's a little on the older side and be aware that the only air conditioner is in the living room at the front of the flat whereas the bedrooms are in the back, we were fine if we left both bedroom doors open at night, but might not work for everyone.

Appartement très bien situé avec belle vue sur la mer. Équipement complet, beaucoup de serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage fournies ( ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas). Le ménage était impeccable et nous avons été accueillis par un petit bouquet de fleurs fraîches et une bouteille de rosé 😀. Le parking est à quelques minutes à pied et c’est un plus dans ce quartier très touristique. Les chambres sont cotées cours donc très au calme. Nous reviendrons là sans aucun doute si nous retournons à port Soller

Nov.2022 Gebäude: Ecklage am Ende der Bucht an einer Nebenstraße, 2 Eingänge. Parken auf großem Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude kostenlos (Nebensaison). Schmaler Kiesstrand direkt vor der Tür. Die Lokale im EG waren geschlossen. Gebäude hellhörig. Fahrstuhl sehr klein (2 Personen und 1 Koffer), sehr enges Treppenhaus. Schlüssel hat immer gehakt . Ausstattung : Küchenutensilien (Besteck, Kaffeemaschine usw.) teilweise sehr alt und unangemessen. Elektrik alt und sanierungsbedürftig. 4 einfache Einzelbetten, 90x190cm Metallgestell. Sehr einfach. Alte Schränke und Kommoden. Badezimmer: Duschwanne 60x60cm mit Vorhang, daneben WC und Waschbecken, Raum ist nur etwas für 'schlanke' Menschen (170cm,80kg) mit wenig Bewegungsdrang. Anderes Bad mit Wanne , WC usw. Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer: bequeme Möbel, moderne Tische. Alles andere Erbstücke. Lampen, Bilder usw. aus einer anderen Zeit. Lamellentüren: Scharniere rostig. Balkon ohne Liegestühle. Tisch und 4 Stühle okay. Fernseher ca. 50cm Diagonale, winzig. Wir haben ihn nicht ausprobiert. Fazit: 1 Woche Urlaub für 2 Personen ohne hohe Ansprüche möglich. Preis/Leistung unangemessen. Lage zum Wasser top. Kontakt mit Vermieterin vorhanden, aber auf englisch schwierig. Sie kannte die Bezeichnung des Appartements "D" nicht konnte uns nicht helfen, wollte aber jemanden zur Hilfe schicken. Wir haben das Problem dann aber selber gelöst. Standort Mülltonnen wurde falsch angegeben, die Beschreibung um an den Schlüssel zu kommen hat auch bei uns nicht funktioniert. Hotel Marina hat geholfen. Es befand sich keine Infomappe in der Wohnung. Es besteht offensichtlich kein ernstes Interesse diese private Wohnung zu vermieten. Fazit: Wir haben uns mit den Gegebenheiten arrangiert und die Woche trotz heftigen Unwetters, Sturm und aber auch viel Sonne genossen. Wir (60+) bedanken uns für den Rotwein und die Orangen von der Vermieterin.

Gute Lage direkt an der Stranspromenade mit toller Aussicht und kurzem Weg zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sauber und komplett eingerichtet. Gestört hat uns nur dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist, Türenschlagen im Treppenhaus sehr laut, man wird davon wach, wenn jemand spät abends oder am frühen morgen das Treppenhaus nutzt. Wir wollten für nächstes Jahr wieder buchen, aber die Preiserhöhung um fast 2.600,00 Euro für den gleichen Zeitraum können wir nicht akzeptieren.

Fantastic location on Repic beach. Large 2 bed 2nd floor apartment with lift. Only air con in lounge but fans provided in 2 bedrooms which both had comfortable single beds. As others have noted the apartment desperately needs updating. The kitchen was tired and dated and needs replacing. The amount of ornamental crockery was huge! (hundreds of egg cups for example) and left no cupboard or bench space for food. A lot of ornaments and other stuff just got in the way (like low chandeliers!!). Also the 2nd shower room could not be used due to the smell. Check in was ok but could be awkward if you don’t know the area. The keys are in a secure box away from the apartment, but communication with the rep was excellent and she answered all our queries. Free parking is also available if required. The external door key/lock was very temperamental and caused some alarm as it often got stuck. This needs replacing asap. There was some noise from neighbours but this happens in a large block. The balcony views and location can’t be beaten, and we would return, but only if the apartment is thoroughly modernised and decluttered.

We had a great stay but with some bumps during our vacation. When we arrived the refrigerator was broken but the owner were quick to install a new. After 3 days the waterheater broke down and it couldn’t be fixed until after our vacation so we had cold showers for 4 days. We were offered to shower in Hotel Marina close by and got a breakfast at Marina aswell as a compensation. The dialog all the way was really good. The kitchen was overall a bit old. The location is perfect when you visit Port de Soller. We would go back if the kitchen was updated and if there was installed aircon in the bedroomes…

Great location in Puerto Soller
This apartment is in an absolutely ideal location right on the seafront in Puerto Soller and has a really spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooking the beach. Inside it is well equipped and very comfortable with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and we would happily stay there again. However, on the downside, the instructions to find the key and apartment are inadequate and urgently need to be rewritten. As have previous guests, we had to rely on the Marina Hotel to find the key and tell us where the apartment block was located. It was also very unfortunate that the lift mentioned on the Vrbo website was not working while we were there as we are both elderly and the 42 steps to the apartment were, to say the least, challenging and limited the times we could go out. We would have appreciated being informed before we left the UK that the lift was out of order.

Traumhafte Lage in einem besonderen Ort.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einzigartig mit einem besonderen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Port de Soller. Die Ausstattung zur Selbstversorgung ist gut, es gibt alles was man braucht. Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick
Die mini Schlüsselbox zu finden war nur mit Anfrage im Hotel möglich. Genauso bei dem Eingang, Hilfreich wäre hier die Eingangsnummer 20, die nicht! direkt neben dem Hotel Marina liegt. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und groß, die Bäder zwar klein aber dafür sind 2 vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll, auf dem Balkon wären hochwertigere Möbel schön. Aber bei dem Blick über die Bucht… WLAN ging nur nach Anfrage und der Geschirrspüler gab seinen Geist auf. Aber Mireia war immer erreichbar und hat sich gekümmert. Danke, es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in der schönsten Bucht von Mallorca😍 Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

C'est sûr la vue sur la baie est magnifique et la place sur le front de mer idéale pour profiter de la plage. Mais un restaurant Pakistanais et un restaurant de Burger au rez de chaussée inondent d'odeurs de cuisine l'immeuble tous les jours. La climatisation de l'appartement n'a jamais fonctionné, des éléments de l'appartement n'étaient pas fonctionnels de façon normale (lave vaisselle, ventilateurs, sèche-cheveux). Nous avons eu un gros problème avec les clés et nous avons été très embêtés pour entrer dans l'immeuble les premiers jours. Pour obtenir un minimum nous avons dû tous les jours faire appel au gérant. Gérer des soucis techniques pendant les vacances n'est pas normal ni très reposant. Et ne pas bénéficier de la climatisation est un inconvénient majeur Pour le prix demandé : Appartement vieillissant qui mériterait une sérieuse remise au goût du jour (la table sur la terrasse est minuscule et en plastique ......) et un bon nettoyage en profondeur....la déco désuète est pleine de poussière... la vaisselle également et les sanitaires ridiculement petits . Cet appartement ne nous laissera pas un bon souvenir de nos vacances sur une ile magnifique et accueillante.

Great property overlooking the bay - with stunning views from the veranda, which is great for breakfast and sunset drinks. Property is within a stones throw of the beach and close to bars and shops. More than comfortable for 4 people, with a well stocked kitchen. Apartment would have been a little difficult to find without the help from staff at the Hotel Marina

This apartment is in the best location in the best resort in Majorca in our opinion. We loved it so much we are eager to book for 2020 with our children as the beach and promenade are so safe and pretty. Thanks again for a great holiday and highly recommended. By the way, the beds were very comfortable; kitchen a little sparse eg no breakfast bowls but we managed !

un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement de Puerto de Sollers
L'appartement Dina est un beau 3 pièces avec une belle terrasse côté plage et une superbe vue sur toute la baie de Puerto de Sollers. Fin Avril, le soleil est présent le matin jusqu'à 9h30. Les chambres donnent à l'arrière sur une courette intérieure et donc sont au calme. Aucun bruit de voiture vient perturber la quiétude de la baie. En sortant de l'appartement, vous êtes sur la rambla et la plage. Puerto de Sollers est vraiment idéal pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Des oranges et citrons et aussi une bouteille de vin rouge nous attendaient. Draps, serviettes, torchons, et drap de bain sont fournis. Parfait. Une vaisselle abondante excepté côté couverts (5 petites cuillères). Une autre petite remarque: une cafetière classique un peu petite et qui prend son temps pour faire le café. Nous avons vraiment passé une super séjour dans cet appartement de Puerto de Sollers.

We were very comfortable there. It looks as if some has lived there or lives there as has lots of nic nacs around. A very minor niggling problem was that the remote for the tv didnt work and we had to chase up the password for wifi. I replaced the batteries for the remote but made no difference. Overaĺl a very relaxing and enjoyable stay there
