Een ontzettend leuk huis die doet denken aan een sprookje .
Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie genoten in een sprookjesachtig verblijf. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangenen en rondgeleid. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig om van je vakantie te genieten. Spelletjes en spelen op de tafeltennis, een mooi groot zwembad met ligstoelen hebben ons veel plezier gebracht. De paarden en ezel die dagelijks een bezoekje kwamen brengen aan het huis was voor de kinderen heel leuk. Kortom een fijne vakantie.

Wonderful Stay in Mallorca
The property is amazing, it’s absolutely beautiful in a great location. The pool was great for the kids. The property manager Perla was super helpful and friendly. This is a one of a kind place.

The property is a very large old farmhouse with plenty of internal space, lovely large bedrooms, a great swimming pool and baby pool and lovely outside spaces and views. Amazing countryside walks from the house. In spite of only being a 5 minute drive from the sea and shops we felt we were in the middle of nowhere, not overlooked by anyone. With 4 families and children, 16 in total, there was enough space to never feel crowded. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful with questions before we arrived and very helpful when we were there. I would thoroughly recommend it for a large group of people especially those wanting to escape the madding crowd.

We had a wonderful and very nice week at Finca Sa Mesquida!! The manager and the owner was very kind and helpful. Despite there was one day without water. Perfekte Unterkunft für große Freundesgruppe
Wir haben zu 14. + 2 Kinder eine traumhafte Woche in der Finca verbracht. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für gemeinsame Gruppenaktivitäten wie Dart, Billard, Tischtennis, gemeinsame Abendessen drinnen und draußen oder Chillerei am großen Pool. Gleichzeitig gibt es genug Platz, um sich zurückzuziehen. Einziger Wehmutstropfen waren kurzzeitige Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung und eine nicht (einwandfrei) funktionierende Spülmaschine. Besonders die Wasserproblematik wurde schnellstmöglich versucht zu beheben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auf den ersten Blick folgt der zweite und dritte
Beeindruckender Anblick, Dimensionen des Anwesens und doch mit viel Luft nach oben was Ausstattung und Details angeht.....ein kurzes Bsp. Wir haben mit unseren Gästen Hochzeit gefeiert und haben vorab die Zimmer verteilt anhand der Bebilderung im Inserat .....master-bedroom für uns versteht sich .....ja es zeigte sich wie fotografiert, nur die stark verwohnten Möbel und Teppiche so wie Gardinen,Matratze und Anlagen sind gelinde gesagt nicht mehr zeitgemäß oder gar zu ersetzen. So ziemlich jede Bestuhlung erzählt dir durch Benutzung anhand von knarzenden Geräuschen und fragilem Stand, eine Lebensgeschichte....nicht tragisch aber bemerkenswert, weil sich dass durch das gesamte Interieur so darstellt.....nichts desto trotz punktet die olle Mühle mit Charm, Weitläufigkeit, Ambiente, Minuspunkte sind....keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafbereichen, Müllentsorgung ist nicht zeitgemäß geregelt ....und stark abgenutzter Wohn/Schlafbereich....Zufahrt zum Anwesen kann man auch mit erwähnen, die gestaltet sich auf den letzten 500m mit Schotter und Kies sowie Spurrillen, diverse Kleinfahrzeuge könnten Probleme bekommen

Wonderful villa
We stayed for two weeks in August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is huge with so many facilities. Massive swimming pool and great location. The Housekeeper, Perla, could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended for a family holiday.

Séjour dépaysant et reposant entre amis
Nous remercions Aaron et Julia pour leur accueil dans leur superbe maison qui est un véritable havre de paix en pleine nature. Tout est spacieux et adapté pour les familles, les nombreux jeux (billard, baby foot, flechettes) sont un vrai plus et le coin night club a ravi les enfants! L’espace piscine gigantesque permet une vrai détente au son des cigalles. Top!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en una casa espléndida, con alma, viviendo la Mallorca rústica. La atención ha sido immejorable y hemos tenido siempre ayuda y respuesta rápida a las dudas que nos han podido surgir. Éramos un grupo de tres famílias con 8 niños de entre 8-12 años, la casa para ellos ha sido un sueño (piscina, billar, ping-pong, animales, juegos, futbolín)¡Esta casa quedará por siempre en nuestros corazones!

Vi var 16 af sted i alderen 10 - 80 år. Vi boede i den mest charmerende finca i skønne omgivelser og med fantastiske udsigter. På ankomstdagen blev vi modtaget af ejeren Julia, der viste rundt og lige kort info. Hele ugen var service i topklasse. De få spørgsmål vi havde blev besvaret via SMS i løbet af meget kort tid. Havde vi brug for assistance skulle vi bare sige til. Skildpadder tæt på, vildsvin i indhegning, heste og et æsel dannede også rammen for vores familieferie. Idylle auf dem Land
Wir waren 15 Gäste und jeder hatte reichlich Platz. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten unser Hochzeitsfest auf der finca gefeiert und hatten mit etwas über 100 Gästen eine großartige Party in der Landidylle. Die Gastgeber waren wahnsinnig bemüht und standen uns für Rat und Tat immer zur Seite. Wir können daher die finca und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Lovely home but privacy issue. The owner was there everyday and that was disturbing. Also many feral cats that left odors etc all around. The house was very nice and the pool was beautiful. Good location for beaches and a lovely town.

A great experience
Our family of 19 stayed at the villa for one week and could not have been better catered for. The villa itself did not disappoint, an extraordinary and decadent castle of a place with more than enough space to accommodate so many of us. The grounds surrounding the villa brought out an adventurous spirit in the children who just sort of disappeared during the day and reappeared later with exciting tales to tell. The pool is enormous and deep, but with a shallow end and a separate shallow pool for infants. Throughout our holiday the vivacious and energetic Julia was available at short notice to help with anything at all. All in all a wonderful experience, thank you!

We were 4 families of totally 19 p. and everything was supersmooth, comfortable rooms, wonderful terrace, Great kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and Nice pool arena everything that you might need at any time and occation was un the house. All of us just loved this place (or Castle as one of the children said) A bit hot during night hours so glad its possible to sleep with open windows. .

SIMPLY AMAZING!
This finca is a gem to have no equal! Originally searching for a house big enough to celebrate our wedding in/at we stumbled upon this lovely finca in the hills close to Capdepera and instantly fell in love with it on our first visit. Lucky us the owners had just started buidling a wedding venue near the house and so the decision was made to book our stay there. We rented the house for a week, but truly would have loved to never leave again! This house is amazing with all its features, hidden niches and tiny doors everywhere and it took us some time to understand the whole floor plan - such a winding and quirky house, just beautiful! When at home, we mainly spent our time in the kitchen, which is a fantastic place to be - the heart of the house in our opinion. But there's plenty of more space to linger around and even with twelve people, which the house with its six double bedrooms can easily accommodate, there will never come up that feeling of treading on each other's toes. Situated in the hills there's so much land around it you won't feel fenced in. There are some very friendly horses walking around, some black pigs, trillions of cats and occasionally some dogs which come to visit. I could go on writing positive things for ages, but I will leave it here - at the end of the day there's no such thing like this very special house and I can only recommend to book a stay! We surely would come again!

Very spacious finca with lots of character in beautiful rural setting
We were a family group of 12 aged 18 months to 64 yrs and this was a wonderful home for us to spend time together. More than ample space to spend time together or to have our own space. Amazing finca with fascinating history and bundles of character. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming and living nearby were close on hand to provide local knowledge or help if needed. Loved the peace and tranquillity of being out of town so we could just relax and be ourselves with no worries about neighbours. A real retreat but with all the life of a vibrant town with bars and restaurants etc just 5-10mins drive away at Cala Rajada (car is a must). We had a wonderful family holiday that we will always remember and hope to go back to in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful place
We stayed at Finca Sa Mesquida de Dalt wit three families (6 adults and 6 kids) for two weeks. Our kids where all between 6 and 10 years of age and all loved the place. There are plenty of rooms to accommodate everybody to that extend that we did not frequent some of the rooms at all (2nd. kitchen, living and dining room). The hosts are absolutely lovely and made sure that we had everything we desired. The place is very clean, and the interior is tastefully decorated making in easy to settle in fast and feel at home. The property is surrounded by hills and you can hike to the nearest beach in about one hour. There are also many animals on the property which especially the kids found very interesting. Pigs, cats, dogs, horses and a lovely donkey called Diego all seemed to enjoy their life to the max. on this lovely piece of land and never come too close to disturb us is any way. We could definitely recommend the place and would like to come back!

Vilket ställe!
En fantastisk oas för en storfamilj! Här finns allt man kan önska sig, omgiven av djur och natur och närheten till stränder och stadens utbud med shopping och restauranger. Vuxna som barn älskade detta ställe; poolen, hundarna, hästarna och inte minst åsnan, vandringslederna i bergen och grillkvällarna på uteplatsen. Beautiful large Finca in lovely area of Mallorca.
Beautiful very large old Finca in a stunning position near to beaches but also 20 min drive to gorgeous little cove.Cala Torta. Good place for large families with children as the pool is lovely with child splash pool. Hire the housekeeper if you want to keep it clean as it is a big area. Aaron and his mother welcoming and helpful.

A fantastic hideaway for young and old
The Finca is just as large and picturesque as the pictures suggest. We (9 grown-ups and 2 toddlers) had a beautifully relaxed week in late september - blessed by perfect weather. We enjoyed all our meals outside, at the big table on the terrace. The enormous house was very nice, clean and well restored in the traditional local style. The imposing master bedroom - the size of an average city apartment - was superb, with a very large bathroom and its own splendid terrace. The deep, 20 m long swimming pool was a turquoise marvel, and the children very much enjoyed their own contiguous (not so little) pool. We also enjoyed the presence of all the animals - horses, dogs, pigs, sheep, and whatnot - kept by Ms. Julia who lives next door and was very kind and helpful to us. I would warmly recommend this place to anybody who wants to share an enchanting holiday with family or friends, enjoying the beauty of a secluded, traditional Mallorcan finca. A wonderful house full of character. Fabulous location. Comprehensive facilities for all ages.
Not knowing quite what to expect we were blown away by the location, the house and the warmth of our welcome from Julia and animals. The photos on line do not do it justice it is enormous. The pool was large with beautiful views and completely private and the kiddies pool was a bonus. We were a group of 10 and were all able to eat together at a long table under a shady pergola. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of pool toys and a utiity room with other toys and beach umbrellas for everyone to enjoy. The children loved exploring all the nooks and crannies in the house and garden. If we could drag ourselves away there was a town and supermarkets close by and so many stunning uncrowded beaches to explore. We would definitley love to return.

magical place , real Mallorca , superb restoration, vary spacious , warm welcome and help from Julia,great pool etc etc Suggest Horses are corralled when renting - we own and love horses but there is a risk with tenants in the parking area. Diego and Freddie were the stars !!
