Overall a nice hotel.
The hotel is situated quite close to the beach and in easy walking distance to the main activities. It was kept clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was of a nice size with a view overlooking the pool area. The maids came daily and changed the towels and cleaned the room. Unfortunately the pool is very small and has limited space for sun beds around the pool. Due to the high wall on one side and the hotel on the other, most of the area where you can put a bed is covered by shade for long periods of the day. Due to this we either spent the day at the beach, where the sun beds and umbrellas cost 13 euros a day or we went to our friends hotel and stayed at their pool. The food is ok, as it is all cooked well and always hot, however, it is very bland, and didn’t look appetising. The choices seemed repetitive and not a lot of choice. The snack restaurant during the day was very nice for snacks and had a good choice to please everyone. We took all inclusive as it only cost an extra £50, usual local brands instead of the preferred ones which can be bought at a cost, if you are AI you can purchase for 50% of the price. The bar staff were very nice and friendly. The bar area is very comfortable and looks 4*, the entertainment we did see was by the hotels entertainment team which was ok, but required guest participation. We went out most nights for food and drink in the local bars in Palma Nova, which we enjoyed.

Kan inte rekommendera det här hotellet.
Städningen i rummet var ok, däremot städades/sopades aldrig den lilla balkongen, som var jättesandig efter ett par dagar. En balkong som i övrigt var ett skämt. Gick i princip bara att användas som torkplats av badkläder. När torkställningen var uppfälld, var det i princip ingen plats kvar att sitta på. Tråkig utsikt mot poolen där det mest var skrikigt all-in-clusive-gäster. Frukosten var väl ok, förutom att man på den lilla terassen stördes sv en modig mås, som snabbt dök ner på borden så fort en gäst lämnat bordet. Vi provade kvällsbuffen en gång, fruktansvärt tråkig buffé, torrt kött, tråkig sallad, sur gammal majs. Vi hade som sagt inte valt all-inclusive, och då ingår tydligen inte dricka, inte ens vatten. Vi tog vin ur kranarna, och vi blev tillsagda av 3 olika servitörer att dryck minsann inte ingår om man inte har all-inclusive, visst det kan jag acceptera, om man hade fått den informationen vid incheckningen, eller så kunde de ha talat om det när vi gick in i restaurangen till buffén. Jag och min kille bodde där i 7 nätter, och vi betalde inte mer än 7500:- med halvpension. Visst, man får det man betalt för. Vi bokade 2 dagar innan incheckning via Expedia, och det stod att rummet hade kostat över 20.000:-, vi trodde vi gjorde ett klipp, men nej. Det låg ett Globales-hotell precis bredvid, och det var betydligt lyxigare, förmodligen det som hade kostat över 20.000:-. Vi känner oss totalt lurade av Expedia.

Excellent hotel!
Fantastic hotel, probably the best I have ever stayed in! The rooms were clean and the food was amazing and of a very high quality, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice size hotel.
Second time at this hotel it has had a makeover since the last time we were here.For what we paid it was well worth it, plenty of food choice.The entertainment was not what we expected just 1 act in the 5 days we were there other than that it was just a young man trying to get people joining into games !! The hotel would be better with more entertainment.

Hotel was clean, breakfast ok, dinner disappointing. Meat was either, fish, fish, fish or dry over cooked pork. Chips were nice, chips and salad was all that looked appealing so we ate out several times. The place is FULL of old people, dithering around. I’ve seen less oap’s in a care home. Pool a lot smaller than seems in pics and was not inviting with sun beds all full. Definitely not a sun trap, the beach is much better. Beds moved noisily, couldn’t stay in one place. Bathroom dated but shower powerful. Walls and ceilings thin, could hear what our neighbours were saying during the night and at 4am someone peeing and hocking up phlegm is not nice anywhere. Service was good, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The globales chain also have a hotel next door which looks x10 better, wish we had been in there to be honest! Expedia said that hotel had different names so was a bit of confusion. Palma nova was nice, quiet due to time of year. Ciro’s was our favourite hang out for coffee overlooking the beach.

arrived and night time and greeted with miserable staff. just handed key over and stated restaurant on first floor. didn't show us the facilities the hotel had to offer. our room was clean overlooking a busy road. during the night the room went very cold the air con heater wasn't good. breakfast time was greeted at restaurant again unhelpful staff and bad management just told to sit where we wanted. good choice of food but lukewarm. went back to table and one chair had be taken away. anyone can walk into the hotel for meals they don't have checklist and allocation of table numbers. ventured outside to the pool it's small for the size of hotel and deep saw no one using it. the hotel is situated away from the beach so it's a 5-10 minute walk. evening meal again no allocation of seats. we went to get water from machines to have our meal and was met by a very rude waitress who snatched the glasses and shouted no wristband meaning we were not all inclusive so no drink. again good choice of food but we left the table for food to come back to someone sitting in our seats. overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel the staff need better training and better management

Tilavat, siistit huoneet ja parveke. Uima-allas alue oli liian pieni näin isolle hotellille. Allas-alue oli auki vain 10-18. Sijainti oli hyvä, ihan Fantastic Golfin ja rannan lähellä. All Inclusive oli kiva, ruoka ihan ok ja vaihtelevaa. Ravintolassa viinihanat, altaan baarissa olut- ja limsahanat. Miinusta oli maksullinen wifi. Henkilökunta oli etäistä. Tullessa huoneessa odotti ilmaiset rantakassit. Kylpyhuoneessa oli amme ja erilaisia hygienia tuotteita. Fööni oli huono seinämalli. Ihan kiva hotelli. Voisin hyvin tulla uudelleenkin.

Ligger i lugnt område en bit från nöjesstråken
Det ingick frukost och middag i rumspriset, utbudet var efter omständigheterna bra, lång kö för att komma in i restaurangen bullrigt och skramlig miljö. Dålig information kring vad som ingår och service. Poolen ligger i sydostlägen vilket innebär sol på fm och skugga på em.

Pleasant organised hotel, nice staff, decent food.
The room was quite spacious ,decent storage space, fridge. Traditional door lock with key . Verandah with beautiful morning sun. Clean bathroom , good bathroom . Walls were rather thin . Cooking smell lingered around my room at times . The hotel pool is small but at this time of year, October, that did not matter.

very disappointed
have regularly stayed here for 17 yrs.Has went downhill so much--little or no entertainment at night--food always luke warm--all of our party had stomach upsets.Dining room very understaffed--had to clear tables for ourselves on a regular basis.Entertainment team Nuhal and Becca were excellent--although they had very little equipment to work with compared to previous years.Couldn't fault cleaning staff or bar staff both excellent.Maintenance staff took 2 days to put working light in ladies toilet. All in all very very disappointed ---will not be going back

Very nice clean hotel
Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff. Excellent choice of food and drinks. We went All Inclusive. Only five minutes walk to the beach and promenade. Very clean beaches and shallow sea. Excellent resort to walk around with lovely promenade and easy walking distance to Magaluf. Plenty of really reasonable priced restaurants, from what we saw, and lots of bars. Everywhere very clean. Felt very safe here too. Everyone spoke very good English. Highly recommendable.

Siamo stati all'hotel all'inizio del mese di giugno io e il mio ragazzo. All'inizio la maggior parte degli ospiti aveva un'età superiore ai 60 anni (data dalla bassa stagione), ma verso fine soggiorno l'età media si è abbassata. L'hotel è molto grande, adatto a tutti. Dispone di un'ottima cucina (ristorazione a buffet) tipica più del nord-europa, ma variabile. La piscina è piccola, ma pulita. L'animazione adatta a tutte le età e anche il personale davvero gentile, alcuni parlano anche abbastanza bene l'italiano (o comunque ci si riesce a capire!). Il mare si trova a soli pochi metri di distanza (100m).

Excellent. Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Beach within walking distance, other parts of Mallorca accessible with good local transport links. Food very nice. Walls of rooms rather thin so quite noisy at night, however, and lack of sun beds. Would be nice to have a kettle in rooms to make teas and coffees.

ok hotel
We stayed 11 nights at this hotel on the 3rd floor. Walls are very thin, we could hear full conversations people next door were having. Music played until 11 pm in the bar, we went to bed at 10 pm and TRIED to sleep. We could also hear cars driving by on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast started at 8 am, we are used to hotels with earlier breakfast. Food was okay, deserts were very disappointing.

Mycket bra personal o hög service känsla
Fint hotell och väl värt sina stjärnor på servicegrad men ej annars. Schampo o Badskum ingick bara från början vilket vi aldrig tidigare varit med om. Maten var varierande men smaklös. Jätte trevlig personal förutom när vi anmärkte på att wi-fi (som vi betalade 30 euro extra för) var super seg.

Good value All Inclusive
Good clean hotel, friendly staff and 5 min walk from the beach. All Inclusive was good, varied lunch and dinners and it was never difficult to get a drink. However some more snack other than ham and cheese sandwiches in the evening would be good.

Realky nice hotel .We were moved to a proper triple room mid way through our stay. Previously we were in a smaller room . Okay as a double but far too small for treble.Staff very nice and food very good .Very clean and beds very comfortable. Overall would recommend .

very disappointing holiday
The main reason we chose this hotel was for the large swimming pool which you show on your website upon arriving at the hotel, the swimming is only 3 metres wide and 12 metres long !!! the swimming pool which you show on your website is situated next door at another hotel and when we asked about using this pool we were told by the manager to take up our problem with expedia !! misrepresenttation false advertising my partners 12 year old who is autistic was extremely upset , we ended up going to the beach each day and not using the hotel facilities which was a pity as we had paid for all inclusive package for the hotel so ended spending a lot more money than we intended doing as we had to hire sun beds on the beach etc would you like you to reply as to why the picture on your website is of a swimming pool which is situated in the Palmanova Hotel next door ???

Lors de notre arrivé à l’hôtel le personnel ne semblait pas être au courant de notre arrivé. Le réceptionniste est antipathique au possible et nous refile une chambre juste au dessus de la salle à manger. Chambre banale, baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas (réparé rapidement), mini frigo en fin de vie mais belle salle de bain. La chambre donne sur une route bruyante et comme énoncé précédemment le bruit de la salle à manger était très présent. Heureusement que nous étions rarement dans la chambre et que cela n'était pas un réel problème étant donné que nous rentions au petit matin profitant de la ville festive voisine (Magaluf). L'hôtel est cependant bien situé, tout près de la joli plage, à quelques pas de commerces, restaurants (à noter l'excellent My thai et le bon sakana situés juste à coté). Et à quelques mètres de la piste cyclable reliant Palmanova à Magaluf (20min) et Palmanova à Palma (50min). La nourriture de l'hôtel est correct cependant nous étions étonnés de l'irrégularité de la qualité des repas. Un jour c'est super et le lendemain c'est beaucoup moins bien... D'une manière général la nourriture et celle que l'on voit dans 90% des hôtels de mallorca. Lors de notre dernier jour on c'était rendu compte que toutes les personnes présentent à l'hôtel avaient un bracelet autour du poignet mais nous... Rien. A croire que nous ne faisions pas partie de l'hôtel, on en a rit mais cela atteste du manque de considération à notre égard (français?) Bref cet hôtel n'a rien d'un 4*.

L'hôtel n'a rien d'un palace, il date certainement des années 80. Les chambres sont d'un confort basique et vieillot. Il n'y a pas de lit double, ce sont 2 lits simples qui se séparent constamment. Les rideaux ne sont pas assez grand pour occulter la lumière. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas lorsque l'on part de la chambre, l'électricité est coupé dès que l'on enlève la clé, nous avons été obligé de mettre une "carte de fidélité de supermarché" pour palier à ce problème. A notre arrivée, on nous a attribué la chambre 119, juste en face de la piscine et au dessus du bar. Du bruit, de 10h à 2h du matin et pour couronner le tout, il y avait des travaux dans la chambre 115 avec perceuse et marteau. Autant dire que pour se reposer, en aucun cas, c'est possible. Après 2 nuits horribles, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, on nous a dit de repasser le lendemain matin à 8h, le lendemain, on nous a dit que l'on ne pouvait pas nous changer de chambre car l'hôtel était complet. L'homme à l'accueil a été très désagréable, nous soutenant même que la chambre que nous avions été une des meilleures chambres car avec vue sur la piscine.... Nous avons enfin pu changer de chambre après presque une semaine, nous sommes tombés sur une dame compréhensive, on nous a attribué une chambre dans la 2 ème partie de l'hôtel au 8 ème étage, bien plus au calme. Les repas sont très moyens et très répétitifs. Les tarifs des boissons exorbitants.
