Maden under alt kritik
Rengøringen var i top.Det eneste vi må klage over er aftensbuffeen Maden var under alt kritik. Udvalget var lille. Tørt oversteget og uden smag. Det var en skamplet på et ellers dejlig hotel. At de så tog 18 euro for et måltid , hvoraf det meste var uspiselig. Osten var god

The location of the hotel is perfect, right near bus stops, shops, bars and the beach. The service in the hotel was 5 star. The room was adequate however a little dated. The food was not great value, we went half board and only ate at the hotel 50% of the time as you can get better food elsewhere at a reasonable price. If we chose to go to Palma Nova again in the future we would consider staying at this hotel again however we would definitely stay on a room only basis.

wasn't given a room in the hotel, rooms was un cleaned when given the key. The lift broke and got stuck. we was given rooms in an annex? when we booked the hotel

Hôtel très joli et très calme au plein cœur d’un quartier animé. La plage est juste en face et la piscine est très joli bien que petite avec peu de transat. Le rooftop est selon nous le gros plus de cet hotel. La nourriture n’étais pas terrible et manquait de légume et fruit frais.. L’équipe de l’hôtel était accueillante chaleureuse et très à l’écoute Ce fut un très beau séjour

Gute Lage am Meer , sehr nettes Personal Matratzen sind sehr ungemütlich, 2 Einzelbetten nebeneinander bekommen, sie sehr leicht verschiblich sind. Absaugvorrichtung im Zimmer funktionierte nichts, daher Geruch von draußen ins Zimmer reingekommen ..

Bad customer service and should be a 2 star hotel.
The hotel is situated in an excellent location, thats the best part about hotel. We booked 3 rooms, none had floors cleaned in that week and the rooms all had issues. From terrible aircon working, no electricity, unsafe balcony handrail (secured with tape). We booked with an elderly relative and was told the hotel has good disabled access etc. The lift is tiny and no way cab a wheelchair user get into that lift, thats if you get the chance to use it as there is only 1 tiny lift so always in use. The night reception that greeted us was miserable and rude but this seems to be a trait of the reception and bar staff. Overally a 2 out of 10. The 2 purely for location.

La struttura ha bisogno di manutenzione. Idromassaggio inutilizzabile poiché pieno di sabbia. In camera, copiosa polvere sotto i letti. La prenotazione specificava letto Queen invece erano due letti singoli. Colazione di scarsa qualità (non ne abbiamo usufruito nonostante pagata). ottima posizione per i trasporti e fronte spiaggia.

Excellent location on the best beach in the area. Lots of quality bars and restaurants beside the hotel. Its also close to main palma nova beach. Big roomd with good size balcony. Beach and sea are clean. Area feels safe at night. Nice pool area.

Hotel located just by the beach and within easy access to the local shops. There were numerous amounts of cafes and restaurants around the hotel and a very good bus service to take you to Palma. I took my elderly Mother with me and she really enjoyed it, apart from her bath had no handles on it, so she was unable to use it properly. They had a good bar on the site, but no snacks were offered and no mats for your drinks, so your glass dripped on you!! I would recommend this hotel.

Staff is really nice, but we didn’t have wi-fi in our room. The facilities are old, half of the gym equipment doesnt work, the sauna is closed. The breakfast its not great. Also had loud neighbours. For me this is not a 4 star hotel more of a 2 star.

Definitely not a 4* property it is a 3* at best. Lots of repairs and updates needed. We were there to celebrate our anniversary and asked for a room with a king or queen bed and what we got was a room that had 2 singles pushed together, not very romantic. Especially seeing as the beds slid around on the floor and would separate creating a hole in the middle while sleeping. Didn’t like that you were charged if you wanted to use the safe in your room. Never seen that before in any hotel we have stayed in! Breakfast offerings could have been better and more varied. Some of the fruit was good but strawberries were either canned or previously frozen, when it’s prime strawberry season and a 4* hotel that is a disgrace! Other canned fruit was offered also and the last day had chicken nuggets and chips at the breakfast buffet…for an adults only resort!?? On the plus side the staff were very nice, especially the ladies at breakfast! The location is great and super convenient to get anywhere.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hot tub wasn't working when we went, which was a bummer. But other than that, it was a nice stay.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. The food is very delicious we had half board so it was open buffet. The position of the hotel is opposite the beach and the view is amazing. 25 minutes from the airport by the shuttle. Restaurants and shops all around open all day. Diffently coming back again

Clairement pas un 4 etoiles , 2 ce serait deja beaucoup, les photos sont trompeuses, ... que dire : chambre dans un batiment annexe, pas de sauna, pas de massage, une piscine de 5 metres sur 3 pour 750 chambres , un rooftop qui n'en est pas un , une propreté discutable (serviettes tachées et sentant mauvais), clim bruyante, reveil avec des piqûres au niveau des jambes (des puces sûrement), des parties communes qui sentent mauvais, pas détendoir à linge alors qu'on vient pour la plage, un petit dej qui n'a rien d'exceptionnelle, j'ai été dans des deux etoiles meilleurs ... seuls points positifs, face à la mer, et le personnel serviable.

Excellent location directly opposite the beach. Sea view room on the 3rd floor was spacious, great views, quiet despite being on a road, clean and very comfy beds. Bathroom was clean, large and good shower. Lovely breakfast each morning. Very friendly breakfast and day staff. Supermarket right next door. Loads of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Luggage storage and shower room can be booked - our flights wasn’t until the evening so this was a great plus. Would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you for a lovely holiday

Very clean, modern hotel. Lots of choice for breakfast, clean room with aircon, daily room cleaning, great location, just across the road from the beach. Overall great stay and great hotel.

Rigtig god beliggenhed. Nemt til busser, restauranter og stranden 25 m over vejen med det mest fantastiske vand! Hotellet trænger til renovering! Meget venligt personale.
