Super hotel met prachtige tuin.
Heel mooi hotel met een mooie tuin en fantastische ligging van het terras met uitzicht op zee. Prima service van het vriendelijke personeel. Ook heel fijn dat we bij het ontbijt op het mooie terras altijd onze eigen tafel hadden (7 personen). 2 zwembaden buiten en ook mogelijkheid om in zee te zwemmen en dan via strandje naar zwembad.

Recent geheel gerenoveerd hotel. Bij aankomst lijkt/is de aanblik wat ouderwets. Eenmaal binnen is het modern strak vormgegeven. Hele mooie kamers met B&O tv, bad, aparte (stort) douche, wc, bidet, 2 was tafels, uitgebreide verlichtingsinstellingen en een schiterend uitzicht op zee. Restaurant is van grote klasse en het ontbijt heerlijk uitgebreid. Niet vergeten ook de sauna te bezoeken, ook daar is alles uiterst modern en schoon. Kortom een echte aanrader. Wannneer je een pasje vraagt bij de recepetie als vaste klat dan krijg je meteen 10% korting in het a la carte restaurant.

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und weist den Charme der 90er Jahre auf. Das Umfeld um die Hotelanlage herum ist stark doch englische Touristen geprägt und bietet wenig Möglichkeiten für Gastronomie oder einen Barbesuch. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort aber gut aufgehoben. Ab 21:00 Uhr ist die Anlage wieder ausgestorben und da keine Kinder buchen können auch tagsüber ruhig und erholsam.

Service was excellent. Marian was exceptional helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Room was very nice and restaurants were also very good. Could have had some adult entertainment other than a piano and violin player. The only negative was that the only way to access the pool area was to walk down two flights of stairs. As my wife is somewhat handicapped it was a once a day trip to the pool.

Beautiful Hotel!
It was amazing!! From the moment we stepped in the service was incredible. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Especially those on the reception desk. They gave us great restaurant recommendations. They allowed us to have a late checkout on the Sunday which meant we could have a few extra hours by the pool and time to get ready before our flight home. Lunch by the pool was pricey but really delicious! Rooms were large and clean and had full sized bath products in the bathroom. Stunning sea views and a big balcony too! We can't wait to come back!

Pool area and views where Fantastic! The staff was friendly and most of them provided great service. We upgraded to Red level and was told we where getting a better room. The room was old and in need of a remodel. It was also very hot and the maximum cold on the a/c was 22 Celsius. When we told the front desk, they sent up maintenance and the a/c maximum was now 19,5 Celsius, and still very hot. We also had tiny ants in our room on the 7th floor. Also the common areas in this hotel was very hot, like the corridor outside the rooms, restaurants and other areas. At check-out we told them that we where not to happy about the temperature in the room. We where told an excuse that our room was at the end of the hotel and the a/c couldn't reach that far!!! We where also told that we would get a better room next time! No other compensation was offered! In my opinion this is NOT a 5 star hotel! I do NOT recommend this place and we will not come back!

Dog owners be ware! This hotel advertises as “pet friendly” but at best it is “pet tolerant”. They have very limited spaces where you can bring your pet outside of the crate. We travel with a 3 kilo well-trained, extremely white dog and it was difficult enjoy our holiday given the limited spaces where we could bring our dog without issues. They should advertise “pet tolerant” at best. The staff was kind and friendly and often apologized for administering the property rules.

Un lindisimo y confortable Hotel sobre el mar , muy buen espacio de jardín y reposeras (tumbonas) , con excelentes baños de mar. Muy agradable y completa gastronomía.
