Prima hotel
Hotel ligt dicht bij het strand, alleen de weg over, geweldig ontbijtbuffet met veel variatie. Schoon hotel, geen binnenzwembad, wel een massagebad, sauna, stoomcabine en sportruimte. Personeel is vriendelijk. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt en je bent zo in Alcudia port waar ook een kermis voor de kids te vinden is. Langzaam aflopend strand, veel ouders met kleine kinderen.

Poor reception service.
This hotel was good value for money. The bed was soo comfy. My only complaint was insufficient staffing levels. Only ever one person on reception! So checkin was extremely slow and you always had to queue for a long time even to ask simple question. Jacuzzi wasn’t heated either.

Sehr angenehmes, sauberes und komfortables Haus
Ich bin begeistert von dem Hotel. Von außen nicht das modernste, wird man innen von einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung überzeugt. Alles tipptopp sauber und eine gute Matratze - eher bisschen härter und nicht durchgelegen. Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen haben mich begeistert mit frischen und auserwählten Zutaten. Die Lage zum Strand ist super . Eventuell sind Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut. Meins lag nach hinten raus und dort hatte ich Ruhe. Jederzeit wieder gerne! Der Strand übrigens der schönste auf Mallorca… und man kann ewig lang dort spazieren. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Balkon im 2. Stock zur Straße, etwas laut, auch bei geschlossener Balkontür. Seitlicher Meerblick. Unvorstellbare Auswahl beim Abendbuffet. Fast alles wurde bis zum Schluss nachgefüllt. Qualität und Geschmack unterschiedlich, Pasta ehr nicht so gut, dafür frischer Fisch mit Frontcooking. Auch vegetarische und vegane Angebote. Cremes beim Nachtisch enttäuschend, hatten unterschiedliche Farben, aber schmeckten alle gleich, nämlich nach nichts. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Uruselt hotell, det luktade illa på rummen, sängarna höll på att rasa samman, kackerlackor och andra kryp på rummet som tyder på dålig städning. Hotellet behöver totalrenoveras. Uppenbart att de inte har tillräckligt med personal, men då ska man inte marknadsföra detta som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell som ju är det vi har betalat för och förväntade oss. Personalen generellt mycket trevlig och de försökte göra det bästa av situationen. Situationen är inte personalens fel, detta är hotell-ledningens ansvar!

Ottima posizione, pasti sopra la media
Posizione ottima, a 200 m dalla spiaggia di Playa de Muro. Camere tranquille, davano sul retro. Buona la varietà e la qualità delle colazioni e cene, anche se abbiamo poco apprezzato la serata con cibi orientali. Ideale per escursioni nella zona, a partire dal Parco de S'Albufera, Alcùdia, ecc.

Fint,ryddig,god variert frokost. Fint basseng område. Kort avstand til strand restauranter og inn til Alcudia port. Ok rom men mye trafikk støy på de rommene som vender ut mot stranden. Fint opphold og kommer gjerne igjen hvis Mallorca blir reisedestinasjon neste gang.

Good Location, Thin Walls!
I had a nice staff here, the staff were always friendly and the food (half board) was nice with plenty of variety. My room was smallish but comfortable and clean, and I liked that the fridge was in a cupboard so you couldn’t hear it. Playa de Muro beach is a two minute walk. They have a very small car park, I parked on the street the whole time which was ok. My only reservations about this hotel are that the walls are quite thin and unfortunately some of the guests were quiet noisy. My room was on the first floor over the bar, and although the music went off at a reasonable time you could hear loud talking until very late. The other thing is that my room faced east, which meant in October you got no sun on the balcony at all, and faced the busy main road. I expect the rooms at the back have a much nicer aspect.

Happy stay as first holiday in 2 years
Pleasent hotel across the road from the Beach. Staff were always friendly and helpful and most speak multiple languages. We had breakfast as part of our stay and options were plentiful and different most days. Really good COVID compliance in dining areas with plenty of mask wearing and alcohol gel and always option to eat outside. Pool area was clean and generally quiet. Room was slightly dated but generally clean with balcony space to sit out and also dry towels. Our balcony was on the road side and was louder than we’d expected it to be. Bathroom did not seem to have a fan to circulate air which was odd. Would recommend to friends and family.

Hola buenos días mis palabras son de excelente hotel comunicación a playa espectacular la atención muy buena el hotel es recomendable el servicio de habitaciones camareros recepcionistas cocineros . Nos atendieron con nuestra perrita muy bien ella disfruto mucho . Recomiendo este hotel a familias parejas la piscina super y comedor comida desayuno cena muy bien gracias por vuestra amabilidad y al director también muy amable.

Not sure where to start. Arrived at a very nice looking reception and I was impressed. It was nice and cool which was a welcome to the 30 degree heat outside. We came straight from the airport on the express bus that took him over an hour. The receptionist was German I believe. We had 2 people in the queue in front of us. We waited at least 10 minutes and there was no other receptionist. She finished serving the customer in front of us and we went over… There was no welcome no “how are you?” The first thing she said was “I will need your credit card to check in.” My husband and I looked at each other and thought ok… from then on there was no conversation. Nothing. It took about 2 mins, she charged me fully up front. Gave us the room key, told us the breakfast times and pointed toward the lifts. I was honestly stunned. I have never received such bad service! Our package included free welcome drinks - we did not get any. We were given a room on the first floor - terrible! Noisy and right above the entrance so we had to keep curtains drawn as everyone could see right in. Toilet room handles were broken. Shower is absolutely small- you have to keep your elbows in when washing your hair. It was claustrophobic and felt like a hostel shower. No extra shower settings. Water was overflowing so we had to use towels just outside the tiles. The pool- is tiny. Kids in the adult pool were jumping and had toys. No vegetarian option at breakfast aside from fruit.

Comfortable!
Lovely hotel with just a short walk to the beach, very family friendly. We visiter as a couple so We heard some kids stamping on the floor above every morning and nights were quiet but this was good for early nights and long beach days. Well located amidst many restaurants and shops. Beds much more comfortable than other hotels on our trip !
