Disappointed and misleading! Its not all inclusive when you have to pay for alcoholic beverages, the hotel we booked was not ready and they moved us to a sister hotel which was also not ready for service the first days. The food at breakfast and dinner was really low quality, at busy times the trays were empty and we had to queue for a while to get an omelette. Most of the time the food was still frozen like the desserts etc. Rooms where ok, but a lot of noise came through from people walking by in the corridors. The staff tried their best to help and even went to a neighbouring hotel to grant us access to the Fitness (which was not available in this sister hotel while it was in the original hotel we booked). The hotel does have a great view but its not a 4* in my opinion!

Room: Was Disabled access which we didnt request. Renovated room was unfinished, bathroom door hanging off unable to shut it, plaster falling off around the mirror, side skirts loose, plaster on the unfinished floor. Gym closed for renovation not stated when booked. Reported all of the above and they fixed the bathroom door on our second to last day of a 4 day long weekend not good enough, the room was not what we expected. View was only positive for the room. Food was really good, Kitchen and Bar staff were really nice too. Area was quiet with a nice beach.

L hôtel est très propre, le personnel très bien. Le buffet etait très bien, varié et copieux. Un seul petit bémol l hôtel est moyennement insonorisé, on entend les bruits de la rue. L hôtel est bien et je le recommande

Helt ok hotell. Hyggelig personalet. Fin inngang/resepsjon. God frokost. Noen overflater på rommet som var støvete når vi kom inn, og vaskeflekker på badet. Ellers gammelt, ikke nyoppusset rom. Veldig dårlig lydisolert, hører alt som skjer og sies i gangen utenfor, samt rom ved siden av, og hører godt ut gjennom balkongen.

Hotel fatiscente. In ordine: Prenotazione per una camera matrimoniale felice vista mare, all’arrivo trovo una camera a due letti separati ed i letti con le rotelle. Neanche l’accortezza di unire i letti lasciando i due letti singoli con un lenzuolo singolo. Mancanza del riscaldamento in camera (la camera aveva 8gradi) che in questo periodo di tempo incerto diventa un problema tant’è che ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con piumoni, accappatoio e asciugamani Asciuga capelli non funzionante Mancanza del telefono in camera In anta dell’armadio senza maniglia Mobili interni della camera rotti Porta del bagno una volta chiusa rimaneva incastrata e non si apriva più Servizio clienti pessimo, escluso il receptionist Christian, una volta che mi sono presentato in reception per chiedere spiegazioni del perché di tutti questi disagi subiti in camera la receptionist ( purtroppo senza nome perché aveva una suo giubbotto messo che nascondeva il nome) mora non tanto alta mi rispondeva che non aveva tempo per me e la verifica di questi disagi. Hotel sconsigliato, all inclusive inesistente in quanto il servizio snack viene servito in un altro complesso poco distante, ma se una persona sceglie un all inclusive è per aver tutto all’interno della struttura. Fortunatamente non viaggiavo con i miei bambini.

Jeglicher Service (buffet, bar, Restaurant, Rezeption) war wunderbar außer der Sauberkeit im Apartment sowie dessen Ausstattung die bereits etwas verlebt war. Desweiteren war es sehr hellhörig und da die partymeile von magaluf nicht weit entfernt liegt kamen nachts oft Hotelgäste in ihre Zimmer zurück. Wir waren im April dort, im Sommer wird sicher noch mehr los sein… Die Lage hingegen ist wirklich wunderbar und die Aussicht klasse!! Auch beim buffet war für jeden was dabei und das Personal stets sehr zuvorkommen und nett!

Nous sommes arrivés le soir l’hôtel nous informe que notre chambre n’est pas disponible et qu’ils vont nous mettre dans un autre hôtel plus bas de gamme on refuse et on doit se battre pour avoir un justificatif pour prouver que l’erreur vient d’eux car apparement l’hôtel est en rénovation mais aucun message d’alerte personne ne nous prévient. Alors très déçu de l’organisation de cet hôtel. Je suis finalement partie dans un autre hôtel que j’ai dû réserver moi même sur booking.

Hotel was really nice and the staff were super friendly, the beach side pool was unbelievable, but there was a lot of construction work going on during our stay which was noisy for the entire time. We were also put across the street in the suites hotel even though I didn't explicitly book it. I also think they should be more upfront about the all inclusive not including alcoholic drinks it's buried in the terms and conditions and even then it isn't clear until you get to the hotel.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und im Herbst hat man keine Sonne mehr auf dem Balkon. Und in manchen Zimmer richt es recht streng vom Bad her.Frühstücksraum ist eher laut. Aber es gibt gutes und abwechslungsreiches essen.

l hotel est super , le personnel accueillant ,nous étions en demi pension,le petit déjeuner et le diner étaient plutot très bien.il y a des spectacles ou activités le soir,un club enfant , différents sports organisés tout au long de la semaine ,la vue est à couper le souffle ,nous avons adoré notre séjour.

The hotel has a fantastic view of the mountain and the sea, a stunning pool, and a wide range of amenities. It's an excellent all-inclusive option, conveniently located near various attractions.

Not very well, but not very bad.
Was everything good. Reception people is nice, but when speaking with you if coming someone from staff they leave you and speak with them... :) but is normal they are Spanish people :) i don't know but for 4* stars little bit not enough clean and elevators are scary :) lack of entertainment for children...

All inclusive isn’t really all inclusive you have to pay for alcoholic drinks, paid for a triple room was given a double with bad views, our room also flooded when it rained and when people would use the toilet in the room above we could hear it, our toilet also smelt like fish/sewage quite often. Staff was lovely , overall hotel looked nice and lobby and bars had nice views. Pool got busy quick so only got to sit by it one day unfortunately

I booked for a last minute short holiday, staying in the hotel side (ie not suites). Firstly, my favourites on my stay were that the staff were lovely, and the view from my room (6th floor double room) was incredible. I would stay here again but only if I found a cheaper deal. My stay was ok but I felt a bit ripped off for what I got. Improvements needed: - more lifts (hotel staff use the lifts a lot so only 1 to get to top floors), and only fit 4 people at most - rooms are good size but tired, things broken, squashed flies on ceiling, cracks in ceiling - walls in room very thin, need sound proofing - bathroom needs an extraction fan, and a proper door so air doesn't seep into the bedroom. grouting in shower needs replacing. - I had ants on my bathroom floor. No hand soap (used free shower gel) - it just didn't feel that luxurious but if you're at the pool all day I can get over it - food was good for the price of all inclusive, loved the fish - people need free continuous access to water, it's too restricted in the hotel (tap water legally drinkable but always makes me sick). In the summer months water should be readily available at least - staff remove plates in restaurants too quickly, I was on my own so if I went up to get a drink my food would disappear - no room service Hotel is in a good location at the end of the beach, and only 30mins from airport. Check out at noon was appreciated if you have a late flight.
