Relaxing und …. einfach schön
Tolle Lage, Tolles Haus, Tolle Gastgeberin. Das Haus ist super gepflegt, es ist alles vorhanden und man ist schnell in Palma, Andratx, oder Puigpunient. Wir waren zu Siebt, jeder hatte ein tolles Schlafzimmer und die Abende am Pool waren einfach herrlich.

Fantastiskt fint boende!
Vi är en stor familj i varierade ålder och vi hade en fantastisk vecka. Allt så rent och fint, stora utrymmen och trevligt inredning. Barnsäng och stol var framplockat när vi kom. Fräsch pool och bra isolerat i huset så vi störde inte varandra. Vi kände oss verkligen välkomna fastän att vi fick ändra tid för ett par gånger pga försenat flyg och fick ett varmt välkomnade. Vi hyrde 2 bilar så vi kunde röra oss och köra runt på ön och det krävs nästan att man har bil då det är kuperad terräng och en bit till affären. Vi är så nöjda med boende och bemötande så stort Tack !!!

Fantastisk Villa
En fantastisk villa och vi trivdes alldeles utmärkt hela familjen från ålder 23 år till 83 år. Vi var 7 personer. Mottagandet av Leen var topp tio. Villan i mycket bra skick, det var inget vi saknade. Kan vara bra att veta att det är en brant backe upp till Villan så kan vara bra att ha bil, vespa eller elcyklar. Kan verkligen rekommendera denna Villan.

Very Nice Property
The house was as advertised, with plenty of space for 8 adults and two children under 5. Leen was very responsive to our inquires/requests, and even offered to provide a high chair and crib for a two year old. My only negative would be technology. There is internet in the house, but it only works well in the salon room. With 8 adults, not sure their is enough bandwidth for a house this size. There is also not TV service to the house. But we were not there to watch TV. I would definitely go back to the house in the future.

Amazing Villa
We had a fantastic stay! We rented the villa for 5 nights with a group of 10 friends, and overall, the villa was perfect. Tons of space, everything was very clean...in general it's even better than the photos show. My only piece of advice....it is definitely in a quiet residential area. We loved that, but if you're planning on coming with a group of rowdy friends, this might not be the location for you.

Gorgeous villa in close driving distance to Palma
This beautiful property has everything you need to feel like it's your home away from home! The host couldn't be more welcoming, providing everything you need to create a very comfortable environment and enjoyable stay. The pool is a really good size, with perfect outdoor living amenities. The bedrooms are really spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning throughout. The living area is very well appointed and the kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. There is even a ping-pong table in the garage. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood so great for relaxing and the golf course is very close by (you can even walk back but as it's in a hilly area, driving to it is recommended). It's location is also great - there is a supermarket within a couple of minute's drive and there are lovely restaurants in the nearby marina at Portals Nous. Taxis are inexpensive and very easy to get about with them (villa to Palma centre is only around €15). We are quite picky with our stays and would definitely recommend this villa for any length of stay!

Lovely Villa, perfect for our family of 5 adults and could easily accommodate 10. Bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want music outside. Lovely pool area and plenty of room for everyone. Leen was very helpful and went out of her way to enable us to check in early. Overall, faultless.

Perfection
Wow!... A beautiful villa that has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Leen has literally thought of everything and more with the extra little touches making it perfect in every way. We stayed as a family of eight with the youngest aged 15 months and the oldest aged 70. Little Freddie even had his own wooden cot with cute teddy bear bedding and a high chair, not to mention toys and jigsaws to entertain him. We enjoyed the pool everyday and indulged in a few late evening dips too. With the outside living space as beautiful as the inside we spent most of our time outside - enjoying breakfast each morning on the patio before lounging by the pool on the sunbeds. On evenings when we weren't eating out we enjoyed cooking up a storm on the BBQ - super easy to use and with so many cooking utensils to hand we managed to cook a curry and fajitas on there too. The bedrooms are light and airy, very spacious and beautifully decorated - again Leen's attention to detail shines through. Storage is plentiful and comes complete with a walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom. All towels and linens were provided and in plentiful supply with the addition of maid service three times during our stay - a lovely lady who ensured the home was sparkling clean on each visit. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities, including coffee pods, herbs and spices etc. Every utensil you may need is available to hand and of course the dishwasher ensures you don't need to waste a moment away from the glorious sun. After our two week stay we were sad to leave as it truly is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday and we will definitely be returning. Leen is the perfect host and her home is simply stunning - thankyou for allowing us to enjoy it and thankyou for the beautiful and thoughtful gift.

Underbar vecka på Mallorca
Väldigt trevligt hus som passade vår grupp utmärkt. Stor och bra pool. Bra sovrum, stora ytor m.m. Nära till bra affär. Dock behövs bil. Kuperat område och lite långt att promenera till stranden. Vi hade en fantastisk vecka och huset var en starkt bidragande orsak till detta.

We stayed here 10 nights and it was just perfect. Close enough to Palma and the beaches yet whisper quiet. You do need a car. Villa is just as shown in photos and in excellent condition. Leen was very helpful and friendly. Towels were changed mid week but would have been nice to have a sheet change when staying over 1 week. Would definitely recommend

I marked the location down because the Villa is located at the top of a steep hill. Which makes it difficult for people who are less mobile

Absolutely fantastic!
Located in quite area - yet near to the beach, restaurant and shops - Cas Català was the perfect choice for us. Spotlessly clean and contains everything you need for a comfortable week. The pool and outdoor living was great. The owner was very friendly and really made you feel welcome. Highly recommended and would definitely come back.

Fabulous family villa in quiet location.
We are a family of 7 adults and two small children, this lovely villa was perfect for us all. We were warmly welcomed by Leen who showed us around the villa which is on a hill overlooking Bendinant Golf course.It has very recently been tastefully modernized throughout. We all spent nearly every evening on the terrace with its comfortable seating,large dining table and BBQ.We hired a chef for one evening,it was wonderful to be served dinner on the terrace. The salt swimming pool was a revelation to us, no awful chlorine! Puerto Portals with its seriously smart restaurants and Palma were 10/15 minutes away by car. The supermarket and local Spar with its freshly baked croissants easily walk able down the hill.Also plenty of Take Away restaurants very close by. We all loved our holiday,thank you Leen for creating a lovely holiday home!

We had a fantastic week in this property! It felt like a home from home and not a rental! The owner Leentje met us and was the perfect host! The 5 bedrooms are 5 star and the outside space is fantastic for socialising and activity! We even brought the table tennis table up from the garage and spent many hours between it and the pool!
