Third time of staying at Casa Benisi - and just as good as usual. The apartment is located in El Toro, on the fifth floor, with a lift to use if you need it. The apartment is spacisous, well equipped, with a seperate large kitchen diner - complete with washing machine and dishwasher, huge fridge and the necessary items should you wish to cook and self cater for a family. The apartment is very light, as it as at the end of a block with obscured glass side windows, and large triple sliding doors in both large livin greeat if you prefer not to be woken by bright mornings, and more cool if the heat gets to you. There is an air conditioner unit in the living room, which works well, and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Spacious double sinked bathroom with lots of marble and a good shower is gratefully received when covered in sand from the beach! The large balcony is great for dining outside - we didnt actually bother to eat in the kitchen at all, as the views outside are entertaining wth boats going in and out of Port Adriano, and watching people on paddleboards etc. Dont bother with car hire unless you want to do lots of travel, as the bus stop is outside the apartment going to either Palma or Santa Ponsa, and cheap plus regular. We catch the A11 bus from the airport, get out in Magaluf then catch either the 104 or 105 to El Toro - about 8 1/2 euros each - bargain! Would cost about 41 euros by taxi. There is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk away with most things that you would need, and more in Santa Ponsa, or even an Aldi in Magaluf (a short bus ride away). The beach isnt huge, but relatively quiet, sandy and gently sloping, you can hire paddleboards/kayaks & dingys if you get bored. Several bars & resteraunts around, more in Santa Ponsa, you never need to cook! Probably most suited to couples or families that enjoy making their own entertainment, its not like Magaluf where much noisier. All in all, a great place to stay - and we intend going back again.
