Sorry dear guest but your review is absolute rubbish. Vrbo had contacted you 3 times asking you to pay the balance. You ignored every email and when you showed my manager your email inbox she immediately saw these reminders. In addition it seems unbelievable that you thought that the rental for this beautiful apartment was actually just the 10.% that you had paid. I left voice messages and SMS messages on your phone which you also ignored. Regarding the windows the state that they were in was totally unacceptable. They were not just marked they were filthy covered with some sticky substance that took my cleaner ages to remove. Yes my manager on my instructions did look around the apartment to check that everything else was ok. As to the allegations that I ranted and raved at her is totally untrue. Yes l was angry because they had been there 12 days, had definitively received several email from Vrbo and myself ignored all of them and were presumably hoping that this non payment would go unnoticed till after they had departed. The website clearly states that there is an additional charge for WiFi so I don’t understand why this surprised her. In all a thoroughly unpleasant experience that l hope no other landlord will have to endure.

Hallo Sylvia, es tut mir leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub in unserer Wohnung nicht ganz genossen haben. Ich verstehe Ihre Kommentare zum Balkon nicht, da die gesamte Wohnung einschließlich des Balkons über schöne Bodenfliesen verfügt. Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist Kingsize und die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer haben normale Einzelbetten. Die Ihnen zugesandten Anfrage- und Vorschlagsunterlagen dienten nur zu Ihrer Information und erläuterten die verschiedenen Funktionen der Wohnung. NIRGENDWO in diesem Dokument wurde etwas über Diebstahl erwähnt. Die schönen bequemen Sofas im Wohnzimmer waren vor zwei Jahren neu und die Schlafzimmermöbel sind erst ca. 4 Jahre alt. Alle anderen Gäste, von denen viele Deutsche waren, haben, wie man sieht, sehr positive Bewertungen geschrieben, die die Wohnung, ihre Ausstattung und ihre Lage ergänzen. Es tut mir leid, wenn Sie feststellen, dass jemand die Waschmaschine missbraucht hat, und ich habe Schritte unternommen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie bei jeder Ankunft neuer Gäste sorgfältig überprüft wird. Bitte entschuldigen Sie mein Deutsch, aber ich musste Google Translate verwenden, um diese Antwort zu schreiben.

Sorry you had a problem with the shower as certainly nobody prior to your stay has ever mentioned it. Obviously the temperature control l will get looked at but l am puzzled re the lack of pressure as the apartment has a high pressure pump and unless somebody has inadvertently switched it off there should be a very strong shower. Anyway it will be looked at and resolved. Glad you had a pleasant time in spite of the shower problem.

En realidad, el sistema de TV recibe canales en español, pero solo cuando se selecciona el sistema analógico terrestre. Este invitado tenía el televisor conectado al sistema satelital que, lamentablemente, solo recibe muchos canales pero en otros idiomas. Aparte de eso, me complace que hayan disfrutado de sus vacaciones

Always nice to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay at our apartment. Somewhat puzzled re the comment about sunlight as the apartment faces almost due South and in bathed in sunlight nearly all day and many of our previous guests sunbathe on the balcony all day. Anyway glad they enjoyed their visit.

As always I am delighted that this guest enjoyed the location and ambiance of our apartment Had she read the information pack that I sent her she would have seen that I advise that there are 2 different address the old original one and a new amended version. So she should not have had a problem finding our building. I don’t quite understand why she commented on the fact that there were no locks on the bedroom or balcony doors. The apartment is on the fifth floor and there aren’t many cat burglars in El Toro !! Nobody had never asked why there are no locks on the bedroom doors so I really am at a loss to answer that sensibly. Apart from these issues l trust she enjoyed her holiday.
