The location of this property is unbeatable surrounded by stunning Mediterranean scenery with a mature garden full of local plants and trees. There is a good size private pool and lawn, plus a terrace and patio that are ideal for relaxing and dining al fresco on cool summer nights.

The stylish and spacious lounge and dining area of Villa Divina are open plan and all on one floor. Comfortable Sofas, a big Flatscreen TV, contemporary art pictures combined with rustic Mediterranean style, the perfect balance to feel like at home. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table byside where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee and patio doors leads to the outside covered terrace. Perfect for relaxing to have outdoor meals while keeping an eye on the children playing in the swimming pool.

All three bedrooms are bright and airy with ample storage and provide air conditioning at no extra cost. There are 2 double bedrooms and one Twin Bedroom, sharing 4 nice bathrooms, 3 with shower and one with bath shower.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing.

In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
