More than 900 m2 of garden offers plenty of space to spread your towels directly on the grass, have a picnic or sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers. If you like the beach, in 15 minutes by car you will reach Playa de Muro and Can Picafort. After a day in the Mediterranean, you would surely like to come home, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and end the day with a barbecue under the starry sky. Not only the exteriors, but also the interiors leave one speechless. Upon entering, the designer living room with two large sofas is the meeting point in the afternoon; to watch a movie on television with international channels or a DVD that the children have brought. On autumn evenings, you might like to make a fire in the original wood stove and have a cup of tea. Large windows let a lot of light into the living room and give a clear view of the garden and pool. So that it doesn't get hot during the summer, there are practical blinds. The bright kitchen is every chef's dream, offering a kitchen island with induction hob, oven and eating area. To prepare large breakfasts, you cannot miss a coffee maker, toaster and a kettle. In the separate laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The four bedrooms promise to rest in a harmonious environment with the color white as the protagonist. Next to the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed that opens to the en-suite bathroom with shower and large mirror. The access to a small terrace stands out, so you can shower while feeling the fresh breeze that enters your skin from outside. In the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower you wake up with views of the countryside. It has a small furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying intimate moments with your partner, having a glass of wine before going to bed. In the third room we find an original double bed and a small desk, just like the fourth bedroom that comes with the same equipment. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wardrobe. Separately, there is a bathroom with a separate shower. The entire house is equipped with ducted air conditioning and underfloor heating, making it ideal for summer and winter holidays. The villa is located in the countryside, but it is very well connected, since the train station is very close. Normally, the train runs every 15 - 30 minutes to Palma. Even so, a car is necessary to visit the dream beaches found in the north of Mallorca. Playa de Muro, Capellans, Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia or the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina are just some options for sea lovers. Can Picafort becomes a town full of life during the summer, with many bars, beach bars, restaurants and the occasional beach party with live music. Muro, on the other hand, is a quieter town, but with all the necessary services for your stay; including a supermarket and a gas station. There is outside parking for 6 cars. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
