The picture looks much better than the room we had was. It was half in the ground with a very small window. when we entered it was cold and it took a while while it warmed up.

Convenient location in walking distance to station and - even better - the new harbor/beachside with cafés and walkways which is lovely. Rooms to the busy street side are noisy, with poor insulation due to old windows. My room was close to the roundabout, with buses, trucks, and other traffic passing through all day and night. If you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't the place for you.

非常好的馬爾默住宿
位於一個紅磚建築裡，乾淨且寬敞，位於安靜的區域附近沒有什麼商店。但房間有廚房且基本用品齊全也有洗碗機。入住是使用密碼自行入住，對我沒有造成困擾，覺得很方便不用等入住和退房。

Historiskt hotell
Bodde två nätter på detta enkla men fina historiska hotell, f d Kockums admin- byggnad och huvudkontor från 1912. Fullt utrustat kök med Ica Maxi på några min:s gångavstånd. Fungerade bra med kod som skickades så vi kunde ta oss in. Städaren var trevlig och bad oss höra av oss i fall det var något. Skulle gärna bo här igen!

Bra boende och kanonläge för mig o mina kollegor när vi är i Malmö. Inga problem med parkering men som alltid så är det inte gratis att parkera.

3-dagars vistelse i härliga Malmö.
Positivt: Läget perfekt för oss, mellan Turning Torzo och centrum. Morgonpromenad längs havet med avslutande fika på Lilla Torg i solgasset. Lägenheten fräch o praktisk. . Kändes nyrenoverad. Goa sängar. Negativt: Tyvärr saknas skärbräda. Luddrester kvar längs kaklet efter golvmoppnong i badrummet. Utsikt mot gatan. Vi återkommer absolut igen.

Great stay but...
Excellent location, easy check-in, comfortable and well-equipped apartments. The only downside for the price is the issue of cleaning. During a 9 night stay the apartment wasn't cleaned once. That wouldn't bother me, but there was no cleaning equipment provided, like mop and bucket, sweeping brush etc, so I couldn't clean it either. Having 2 very sick dogs with me at the time I really could have used a change of bedding halfway through. I know you can pay extra for cleaning every 3 days, but really......9 days with no cleaning at all? Otherwise I can't fault the place. Everything else about it was very good.

Hi! Thank you for the review. After 7 nights there is a cleaning scheduled. You could also add an additional set of bedlinens (& towels) in order to change it yourself. There is also a vacuum to borrow, please call to our customer service and we can let you into the storage room. Welcome to stay with us again in the future.

Clean and nice but some instant coffee in the room would have been appreciated. A bit of a surprise I had to take out the garbage myself when leaving. Not obvious where to leve them neither. But overall a very nice stay. Comfortable bed and good location.

Hi Fredrik, thank you for the review. Yes, garbage needs to be taken out as well as the dishes needs to be done. It's fine to skip it to, but then you will be invoiced for the extra time that the housekeeping team has been spending in order to clean up the room. Bra läge, saknade sopkvast och sopskyffel. Efter ett par dagar behövs det sopas. Rummen i sig helt okej, men skulle önska lite mer utsmyckning i rummet, någon tavla. Även att det fanns ett par soppåsar i varje sopkärl. Belysningen på toaletten är undermålig när man ska sminka sig. Att båda sängarna har tillgång till sängbelysning.

I stayed 3 nights. Everything worked fine. Clean and comfortable. It is more an apartment than a hotel room. There was a little kitchen in the room that included everything I needed to prepare meals. I used the microwave a lot. I will come back, definitely.

Malmö secret gem.
A pretty much totally automated stay. Details of access and your room are sent by email and sms. Fully self contained studio flat with kitchenette dishwasher and own shower room toilet. Access to a clean modern free to use onsite laundry facilities. Room cleaning is once a week though you can request more frequently. Great location with a short walk in to the city.
