'I brought my mom to Sterling to celebrate her 75th bday. Lorraine is a fabulous hostess with the mostess! Her place is super tidy, and very homey. The location is central to everything the town has to offer. 5 stars, highly recommend.'

'Communication was top notch from the moment we booked. Welcome pamphlet with info on things like the hot tub and tv/cable use and local stores/restaurants/emergency services was nice to have. The property manager also left us a nice little gift of a bottle of wine upon arrival which was a sweet touch. We were looking for a nice quiet weekend away and this was the perfect place for it!'

'My friends did a bit of a couples trip here and it was nice.'

'This was the perfect spot for a winter family weekend. Two hour drive for those of us coming from Ottawa and 3 hours for those from Hamilton. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. It was nice that there was a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. It allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have preferred a regular coffee maker, we brought coffee, but not Kreurig pods and not everyone got coffee on the last day. Great property for snowshoeing...

'We had a lovely experience with our stay. There were some difficulties in the beginning due to an issue with the furnace, but the host was on top of it and resolved the issue as quick as they could. I really recommend this cottage, the hosts were welcoming and so helpful. '
