When I contacted hotel.com, they...

The staff tried their best but the few people working were tired and ill. The walk up of three flights of stairs was not easy with luggage. Because of a power surge, my charger was ruined. This place is poorly managed but could be much better managed with right person and proper investment of money and experience. I lost 7 nights there. I don’t recommend this...
