'Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.'

"Rooms are not very big, but they are clean. Being at the airport means you can hear planes the whole day. We stayed two nights a week apart and had issues with the water on both occasions. The water in the shower was too hot, also the shower handle came loose. Our arrival was after 11 pm once and we left at 3 am the second time, both were no trouble at all. The hotel is right at the airport and very convenient for late arrivals and early departures. I would recommend this hotel gor this reason alone. The included breakfast was adequate."
