Beautiful Mountain Townhome w/ Modern Amenities - #472

This Mammoth retreat provides all the comforts of home and then some. This recently updated townhome has all new furnishings as well as new pillow top mattresses to relieve those sore muscles after a day outdoors. The 2 bedrooms downstairs have en-suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. A third bath with shower is located upstairs. All bathrooms have heated seats; gone are the days of getting shocked with an icy cold toilet seat! Your feet can enjoy the warmth of the new wood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Lighted, high-efficiency fans have been installed in the loft area to help circulate and regulate the ambient temperature throughout the year.

For Tesla owners, the unit provides a 50A charging outlet for your convenience, or you can use the Tesla Supercharger a couple of blocks away. The young ones (and young at heart) can flashback with some head-to-head competition on the PacMan/Galaga games table console.

This townhome is located within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, groceries, and shops for all your needs. Eagle Lodge is only a mile away for easy Mammoth Mountain access. There are 2 nearby shuttle stops to take you to the resort or around the town. We look forward to hosting you.

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.

Our stay was great! Modern heating and appliances. Plenty of hot water. Parking in front. Excellent location. Very close to Vons and restaurants. Comfortable rooms. Bidet on the toilets. Has an arcade game. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay, Highly Reccomend
We had a wonderful stay at this property for a weekend in the mountains! Communication was great, we had some trouble getting the pellet fire place started and they were quick to send someone over to get it fixed for us. The man did mention this was a very difficult one to start so my only complaint would be to make this easier for renters to use / more user friendly. But they got it taken care of and turned on for us so that's all that matters! This property is very cute, great size, beds are very comortable, pacman is a very cool and fun addition and then honestly one of my favorite things is the toilets!!! They all have seated toilet seats with a bidet and it was quite luxurious! Also the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and I love that it is all labeled to make it easier for you to find what you need. 10/10, thank you for an amazing stay and for being so great with communicating and allowing us to extend our stay!

Rat-infested, poorly maintained cabin in a good location
This rental is health and safety hazard: 1. Rat excrements on the bed. 2. Dishwasher is clogged. 3. The TV remote is dead. 4. No shovels to remove snow from the driveway to get the cars out. 5. Fire extinguisher is empty. Rat droppings were reported to the property manager on the first day of our stay, since we obviously couldn't use that bed. The first response came on the last day of our stay. After review, Nomadness Rentals refunded 3% of the trip "for the inconveniences experienced and inability for you to use the pullout sofa ". Thanks for ruining our New Year's Eve trip!

Beautiful condo close to everything!
We loved it! We have 3 kids and it was perfect for all of us has a super cute loft ! All the beds were super comfortable!! I want to know what sheets and pillows they use! It is in a perfect location close to restaurants and grocery store and mammoth activities. This place was better than the pictures lots of space for a family only thing we didn’t like was the TV was hard to figure out but if you play around with all the remotes you can figure it out lol maybe a guide of how to use the TV would help otherwise we want to stay again and longer next time! It was perfect!

Clean and Cozy Home!
Extremely clean property with great customer service from property manager. Smooth check-in process with spacious living arrangements. Kitchen geared up with pretty much everything and hot water is sufficient to support 8 people.
