Modern, comfortable property
The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Located in a quieter neighborhood, we were able to walk out and play with the snow. Would definitely rent from again!

The condo was so nicely appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the view of the snow covered golf course each day. We would definitely stay again.

Best Condo in Mammoth
We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This condo is by far the best property we visit each year. The location is perfect for us as we come to ski and relax annually. The Eagle Lodge is a short distance away. We walk to the shuttle pick up stop and head up to the Mountain with our ski gear. Parking is convenient and located beneath the complex - warm and clean. The condo is set up beautifully. Spacious 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. Modern kitchen with everything you could want that shares space into the living & dining area. This condo has a washer & dryer which is an added convenience. Gas fireplace. Outdoor back patio with gas grill. Beautifully furnished - comfortable couch & leather recliner. Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed/private bath and the guest bedroom has a double/single bunk with very comfortable mattresses off the 2nd bathroom. Our communication with the owner is fantastic. There is a very large hot-tub outside that is a 1 minute walk from our front door. Just past the green space outside our back patio is the Sierra Star golf course. We’ve never been here during the summer but imagine this property would be delightful. I almost hate to rave about this place because we will never get back to it - it’s that good.

Really enjoyed our stay. The underground covered parking and the outdoor hot tub were both real bonuses. Property is spacious and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Loved that there is a washer and dryer right in the unit.

What is not to love about this condo? Great location, you can walk to free transit bus, two stops from Eagle lodge lift, underground car parking, elevator to entrance, shoveled sidewalks, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A Disappointing Experience
My overall experience at this property was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I found the place not cleaned at all after the previous guests. The shocking condition of the property, including the smell was overwhelming. Our first impression was entirely marred by the utter lack of cleanliness. We could not check in at the specified time and had to leave the property in order for it to be cleaned. Upon our return late in the evening, we found the place hastily cleaned, with dirty dishes, washer and dryer full of laundry, dated/stained sheets and towels, and a lingering unpleasant odor. Communication with the property manager to address the issues was slow and inconvenient. One positive aspect was the property’s location. While this property has the potential to be a comfortable place, it fell short for us.

Unfortunately, the cleaning request was not processed. We were very embarassed and immediately cleaned the unit and offered a generous refund. There is not excuse and this was a rare event in 10 years of successful operations.

Wonderful condo great location
The condo is very comfortable, pleasant decor, more than adequate kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes etc. Check-in & out very easy and smooth. Because of the ABUNDANCE of snow we had a few questions, we called Kevin and he responded right away and was very helpful. So easy and close to use public transportation to go skiing. The location enables easy access to all things Mammoth 😊. We had such a great stay for 2 weeks that we already booked for next year We highly recommend this condo. I feel confident it would be great any season.

Perfect for a family getaway
Everything about our experience with this condo was great - location, amenities, communication with Kevin, the owner - everything! I cannot say enough good thing about our stay or experience. Proximity to the lodges, restaurants, shops, even the hospital (yep, we unfortunately had to make a visit there but all is okay) made everything very accessible and convenient. The amenities in the condo - particularly the underground parking because of the massive storm - were all we needed to be comfortable. Check in, check out and communication with Kevin were all a breeze. We’d definitely come back again and would recommend to any family looking for a great ski weekend.

Perfect Place for 1st time to Mammoth
We absolutely loved this condo. For our first time to Mammoth, we couldn't have picked a better place. The decor was cute and cozy. The underground parking was awesome. We were able to go sledding right outside the patio door and we even enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi one night. The close proximity to the Village was perfect for sightseeing and exploring. Overall, we had a blast and we would definitely love to come back here. We had everything we needed for cooking, playing games and just enjoying a cozy winter getaway.

Quality accommodations - everything covered
This is the perfect stay for a family of four. The kitchen is well stocked with your every need, and we really love to cook so we usually press the limits! The beds are pillow top and super comfy, and the pillows are of highest quality. Everything from the bath towels to the quality of the cookware was well above our expectations. The location can’t be beat, and the underground parking was a plus. The host was wonderful at communicating, and everything was clean and orderly. We had a great weekend!

A cozy and comfortable stay
Checking in and out was easy and no more than opening the number lock. In the midst of the summer, we appreciate parking in the underground garage where the car was shielded from the heat. The condominium was very comfortable for four of us. Sitting in the backyard porch was an entertainment though we didn’t use the BBQ provided. Besides the amenities inside, everything else is a short drive away. Overall, it’s a memorable few days for us. Thank you.

Classy neighborhood, close to the best parts of Mammoth and really nice and clean place to stay for any amount of time! I have stayed in Mammoth numerous times and this is my favorite! Teh Microwave took some time to get used to, but other than that...super impressed!

Great location and very clean. Garage code in listing didn't work, but another resident told me what was wrong. Bathrooms didn't have hand towels or wash cloths; kitchen didn't have dish towels. There may have been some but I couldn't find them. Small problems, otherwise quite nice.

Great Condo and Location
This was our first time to Mammoth to ski. The condo is the perfect location to Eagle Lodge. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, with only two stops. If you like to venture out for dinner and drinks, you will definitely need a car to get around. The condo has a great underground garage with two spots. The condo was a great size with plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Stay
The condo has a great location. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is downstairs. So if the second unit is being rented. It can be a bit noisy, specially if the renters have dogs, as it was the case during our stay. We had issues with the WiFi. It didn’t work too well at times. The oven door doesn’t close properly so, we couldn’t use the oven. That’s why the rating is 4 stars.

Internet was having issues in the entire city of Mammoth. The issues have been resolved. We stayed a week after guest and internet was very fast and reliable. We did troubleshooting with ISP while the guest was staying.

Good condo and location, lacks basics
Pros: Nicely appointed condo (although starting to get a little worn). Good location. Underground parking is great, especially for winter. Cons: Annoying things like: Very intermittent internet (mostly none), only one trash bag, only one partial paper towel roll, no hand soap. For the price these basics should be included, I think. We’ve stayed in many home rentals, and never had to unload dishwasher when we got there. Mixed: Local shuttles for easy trip to Eagle Lodge. However going to Canyon lodge, main lodge, or Village requires 3 different shuttles usually.

This place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and great for our family. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was very equipped. And thankfully it had cable to watch compared to other locations where you have to stream everything. I would absolutely book here again.

Positives: Secure designated underground parking for 2 cars Easy check in with electronic lock on front door Very spacious New smart TVs in every room New appliances Very close to hot tub Very close to elevator/stairs to garage Negatives: Paper thin ceiling and walls - heard guests upstairs and next door all day/night; woken up every day at 5:30am by residents upstairs and next door Internet was terrible - relied on description of "blazing fast" internet for work purposes and the internet was down our entire stay (we had to piggy back off a neighbor's wifi which was very slow and spotty so we left 2 days early Heating - No matter how low you set the thermostats, some of them stay on and still emit a lot of heat

The Guest claimed to have left the cell phone at the property. The property manager and cleaning staff were contacted and no phone was located. The guest claimed that the cell phone belonged to his son. We responded quickly to the request

We took my husband here for his birthday. It was conveniently located by the shuttle to go up to the bike park. We had a good time exploring. It did not seem very clean. The dishes had food on them but it was cozy.

Wonderful modern Mammoth Condo
I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Mammoth Lakes. You really couldn't ask for anything more. This is a modern unit that is exceptionally clean and well stocked. It has a wonderful view with large windows. It is close to everything including the ski lodges. The property owner is professional and communicated well with us during our stay. We will be returning, and enjoyed our stay very much.
