About the Space:
This updated, 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom, townhome offers a bright, warm and relaxing space, making it the perfect place to call “home” during your stay. It is a spacious 1230 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings - there is a good-sized living room, dining area and updated kitchen. This property gets beautiful morning and afternoon sunlight through the large windows in the living room and private porch with seating area, making for a serene scenic environment. The living room is equipped with large comfortable couches, forced air heating, and a wood burning fireplace, to keep warm during cold winter months. There is a full bathroom upstairs in the shared living area with walk-in shower. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen, with solid stone granite countertops.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and all bathrooms have been recently updated. The first bedroom offers a king bed with dressers/closet and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with twin bunk over top and also has a dressers and a closet. The third bathroom is located in the hallway downstairs, directly outside the second bedroom, with a tub/shower.
There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment. There is NO laundry in this property and/or onsite.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Meadow Ridge. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal) and tennis courts (seasonal – bring your own racquets!).
